A review of evidence base for pandemic preparedness finds that the data and evidence is poorly supportive of current pandemic risk assumptions, suggesting that the urgency is unwarranted and that more time is required to formulate policy that reflects the true risk of pandemics in the wider healthcare context.

A global cohort study following the Observed vs. Expected Analyses of COVID-19 Adverse Events of Special Interest Study Protocol with data from 10 sites was conducted across eight countries participating in the unique Global COVID Vaccine Safety (GCoVS) Project of the Global Vaccine Data Network™ (GVDN®). The GCoVS Project, initiated in 2021, is a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funded global collaboration of investigators and data sources from multiple nations for the purpose of COVID-19 vaccine safety monitoring.

This multi-country analysis confirmed pre-established safety signals for myocarditis, pericarditis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Other potential safety signals that require further investigation were identified.

Most of the risk factors were calculated based on a single dose. When you consider many people took three or MORE, the results of the study become even more alarming.

The monitoring and analysis of adverse drug reactions (ADR’s) play a pivotal role in ensuring drug safety.

Nearly 24 million Adverse Events (AEs) were reported through vigiacces.org for the Covid-19 vaccines between December 1, 2020 and January 31, 2023, of which nearly 8 million were serious (SAEs).

Over one million people experienced at least one SAE ranging from a combination of debilitating and life-threatening conditions and death. A total of 58,091 people were reported to have died in the dataset.

Global and national authorities on the COVID-19 pandemic such as the World Health Organization (WHO) need to immediately investigate the COVID-19 vaccine safety signals.

CDC panel green lights another COVID mRNA shot.

In just three year’s time, the CDC’s vaccine advisory committee has authorized NINE separate injections of an experimental gene product.

CDC continues to ignore the fact that these injections do not prevent infection nor transmission of the virus. Even worse, well documented adverse events and clear safety signals from mRNA vaccination are largely ignored.

New evidence demonstrates that the vaccines contain extremely high levels of contaminating DNA vector from manufacture. The mRNA also produces unintended proteins, adding further insult.

Only 17% of the US population received an updated booster shot.

Court rules FDA take down anti-ivermectin ads

During the pandemic many doctors writing prescriptions for ivermectin had their license revoked or suspended. Pharmacists refused to fill prescriptions and people were ridiculed for taking ivermectin for treating COVID-19.

Three doctors sued the FDA, the Department of Health and Human Services and the agencies’ leaders in Galveston federal court in June 2022. Last week the courts found that the FDA overstepped and interfered with the doctor-patient relationship by posting false information regarding the use of ivermectin.

“The FDA interfered in the practice of medicine with their irresponsible language and posts about ivermectin. We will never know how many lives were affected because patients were denied access to a lifesaving treatment because their doctor was ‘just following the FDA.'" said Paul E. Marik, M.D., FCCM, FCCP, a plaintiff in the case.

9th Circuit Court Rules against former Vaccine Mandate for LA School district

"Addressing the merits, the panel held that the district court misapplied the Supreme Court’s decision in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), in concluding that the Policy survived rational basis review. Jacobson held that mandatory vaccinations were rationally related to preventing the spread of smallpox. Here, however, plaintiffs allege that the vaccine does not effectively prevent spread but only mitigates symptoms for the recipient and therefore is akin to a medical treatment, not a “traditional” vaccine. Taking plaintiffs’ allegations as true at this stage of litigation, plaintiffs plausibly alleged that the COVID-19 vaccine does not effectively “prevent the spread” of COVID-19. Thus, Jacobson does not apply.

Pursuant to more recent Supreme Court authority, compulsory treatment for the health benefit of the person treated—as opposed to compulsory treatment for the health benefit of others—implicates the fundamental right to refuse medical treatment. “A federal jury has awarded $687,000 to a research scientist who was fired from BlueCross BlueShield in Tennessee for refusing to comply the company’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Tanja Benton, who had worked 16 years at the firm when she was fired, was awarded $177,240 in back pay, $10,000 in compensation, and $500,000 in punitive damages, according to a document made public by the federal court in eastern Tennessee on June 30.

BlueCross BlueShield ‘cannot prove that allowing Plaintiff to continue her employment as a Bio Statistical Research Scientist without being vaccinated for COVID-19 constitutes an undue hardship,’ the suit stated. The company ‘also cannot show that it made any good-faith efforts to accommodate plaintiff’s sincerely held religious beliefs.’”

It lists every vaccine on the childhood schedule, how many doses are recommended, what age children are injected with it, the brand, who manufactures it, whether the clinical trial for this vaccine used a placebo, and how long the clinical trial lasted. And what the chart shows is that none of the vaccines on the childhood schedule were tested against an inert saline placebo and none of the trials were long enough to accurately measure harms. Therefore, a true risk versus benefit assessment cannot be made.

In a recent CDC publication, Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR), the flu shot for the 2024-2025 flu season was shown to have only 35% efficacy in South America.

The adjusted Vaccine Efficacy was 34.5% against hospitalization, 36.5% against the predominant A(H3N2) influenza substrain, and 37.1% against the A(H1N1)pdm09 substrain.

"The vaccine effectiveness estimated is within the confidence interval of prior H3N2 (34%–53%) and H1N1 (18%–56%) for this Southern Hemisphere network," Zeno said. "It is lower than what was observed in the United States last season, but that was on the high-end of the historic range."

A $7.8 million payout from BART was awarded to six employees after accomodations were denied for their religious exemption to COVID-19 vaccinations.

On October 14, 2021, BART issued a “COVID-19 Vaccination Policy” imposed by the transit agency’s board of directors in fall 2021, requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment.

“Of the 179 religious objector employees, not one received an accommodation. Exclusion of religious people from the enjoyment of a right stands in violation of the First Amendment’s religion clauses and federal and state anti-discrimination in employment laws. 109 employees’ requests for religious exemption were denied,” attorneys wrote.

Last week a Federal jury awarded $12 M to a woman fired for refusing the COVID vaccine.

A jury in Detroit awarded former Blue Cross Blue Shield IT specialist of more than 30 years $10 M in punitive damages, $1.7 M in lost wages, and $1 M in noneconomic damages.

The plaintiff was denied a religious exemption from the 2021 vaccine mandate.

She worked remotely before the pandemic and worked 100% remotely during the pandemic so she posed no risk to others at BCBS. Now that it is known the genetic vaccines were not safe nor effective more lawsuits are expected to swing in favor of the wrongfully terminated.

Study finds children with comorbidities report more side effects after vaccination with BNT162b2 than healthy children.

Researchers in Germany conducted the PaedVacCOVID study tracking the safety of the Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2 vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 in children with and without comorbidities aged 5 to 11 years.

This study introduces a significant, even “striking” safety signal when comparing safety incidents linked to the Pfizer mRNA Vaccine impacting children with immunocompromised conditions versus healthy children. The Odds Ratios are quite high, and this reality may have put already vulnerable children in danger.

These side effects include gastrointestinal, otolaryngologic, pulmonary, neurological, psychological and dermatological symptoms.

The data emphasizes the importance of evaluating short and long term safety of the new mRNA COVID-19 vaccines not only in healthy children but also in children with comorbidities.

'Safety signal’ in Moderna’s RSV vaccine for Infants

Two experimental RSV vaccines for babies may not only have failed to protect them, but actually made symptoms worse with more severe illness once infected with RSV or another respiratory virus.

Moderna first alerted FDA in mid-July that infants who had received one of two RSV vaccines unexpectedly had higher levels of severe respiratory disease than those given a placebo injection.

A trial in Panama enrolled children ages 5 months to 7 months old to receive an mRNA vaccine for RSV or RSV+hMPV combo. Five of 40 who received either RSV vaccine and later became infected with RSV developed severe or very severe cases of lower respiratory tract infections, compared with one of 20 children in the placebo group. Among the 27 infants who got the combo vaccine, three later became seriously ill from hMPV infections versus none in the placebo group.

An RSV vaccine trial in the 1960s infamously sent 80% of vaccinated children to the hospital; two died. Vaccination primed their immune system so that during an infection helpful T cell responses were blunted and high levels of infection enhancing antibodies were produced, forming dangerous airway-clogging complexes.

RSV is not amenable to vaccination!

H5N1 bird flu from cows results in limited infection and disease in monkeys that were exposed to high levels of virus through the gastric or nasal routes. Likewise, no human to human transmission has been observed.

Macaques were exposed via three inoculation routes to the strain of the virus circulating in US dairy cattle. Researchers exposed macaques to the virus intranasally to mimic an upper respiratory tract infection, intratracheally to mimic a lower respiratory tract infection, and orogastrically to mimic consumption of dairy products.

Intranasal exposure can cause systemic infection, but animals displayed attenuated disease with mild to moderate pneumonia, virus clearance and survival. Orogastric inoculation did not result in systemic infection and largely led to virus replication with minimal pathology in those tissues/organs lining the inoculation route but only subclinical disease.
