Virologist Simon Wain-Hobson describes why the University of Wisconsin-Madison should not support research that enhances potential pandemic pathogens (ePPP research).

In 2011, University of Wisconsin-Madison virologist Dr. Yoshihiro Kawaoka performed research that created genetically engineered avian influenza viruses that, if they were to escape his lab, could cause a pandemic far more devastating than COVID-19.

Dr. Simon Wain-Hobson, is a world renowned virologist who has published more than 230 papers on virology and cancer. Wain-Hobson and his colleagues were the first to report the genetic blueprint of the AIDS virus. (Nature 1984;312(5996):757-60; Nature 1985;313(6005):743; Cell 1985 Jan;40(1):9-17). Wain-Hobson is a long-time vocal critic of ePPP research--such as that performed in the Kawaoka lab.

On January 10, 2024 the Wisconsin State Assembly Committee on Colleges and Universities will hold a public hearing on Assembly Bill 413 (AB 413). AB 413 would prohibit University of Wisconsin-Madison scientists from conducting "gain-of-function" research that enhances potential pandemic pathogens (ePPP research).

💔 New data reveals long term outcomes of vaccine induced myocarditis. Physicians have a responsibility to uphold their Hippocratic Oath to do no harm and keep patients informed of well documented adverse events following vaccination.

“This is the largest follow up study to date in Australia of patients who experienced myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination.

Our findings suggest that around half of all patients experiencing myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination still experience symptoms 6 months after initial diagnosis. This builds on existing work where 50% of some previously studied cohorts reported ongoing symptoms at 90 days following onset of myocarditis after COVID-19 vaccination.

This is particularly important as a significant portion of cases are adolescents or young adults who were otherwise well prior to vaccination, and the potential for lifelong complications adds significantly to the benefit-risk evaluation of COVID-19 vaccination.”

💉 mRNA COVID vaccine impairs neural pathways and causes autism-like behavior in rat offspring.

"Pregnant rats received the COVID-19 mRNA BNT162b2 vaccine during gestation. Subsequent evaluations on male and female offspring included autism-like behaviors, neuronal counts, and motor performance.

Our findings reveal that the mRNA BNT162b2 vaccine significantly alters WNT gene expression and BDNF levels in both male and female rats, suggesting a profound impact on key neurodevelopmental pathways. Notably, male rats exhibited pronounced autism-like behaviors, characterized by a marked reduction in social interaction and repetitive patterns of behavior. Furthermore, there was a substantial decrease in neuronal counts in critical brain regions, indicating potential neurodegeneration or altered neurodevelopment. Male rats also demonstrated impaired motor performance, evidenced by reduced coordination and agility."

CDC ordered to release data on vaccine side effects.

"Following a lawsuit brought by Freedom Coalition of Doctors for Choice, U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk has ordered the CDC to begin releasing the 7.8 million responses documenting negative side effects of Covid vaccines beginning on Feb. 15.

The judge wrote that there is a “substantial public interest in the data,” given that the CDC says 81 percent of Americans have received at least one dose, including nearly 32 million children.

The CDC must now produce all free-text responses with the registrant number (personal identifying information) redacted by Jan. 15, 2025.

Disclosures must be made in 12 separate batches by the 15th of each month, with the first batch of data due out by Feb. 15, 2024."

A global cohort study following the Observed vs. Expected Analyses of COVID-19 Adverse Events of Special Interest Study Protocol with data from 10 sites was conducted across eight countries participating in the unique Global COVID Vaccine Safety (GCoVS) Project of the Global Vaccine Data Network™ (GVDN®). The GCoVS Project, initiated in 2021, is a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funded global collaboration of investigators and data sources from multiple nations for the purpose of COVID-19 vaccine safety monitoring.

This multi-country analysis confirmed pre-established safety signals for myocarditis, pericarditis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Other potential safety signals that require further investigation were identified.

Most of the risk factors were calculated based on a single dose. When you consider many people took three or MORE, the results of the study become even more alarming.

The monitoring and analysis of adverse drug reactions (ADR’s) play a pivotal role in ensuring drug safety.

Nearly 24 million Adverse Events (AEs) were reported through vigiacces.org for the Covid-19 vaccines between December 1, 2020 and January 31, 2023, of which nearly 8 million were serious (SAEs).

Over one million people experienced at least one SAE ranging from a combination of debilitating and life-threatening conditions and death. A total of 58,091 people were reported to have died in the dataset.

Global and national authorities on the COVID-19 pandemic such as the World Health Organization (WHO) need to immediately investigate the COVID-19 vaccine safety signals.

CDC panel green lights another COVID mRNA shot.

In just three year’s time, the CDC’s vaccine advisory committee has authorized NINE separate injections of an experimental gene product.

CDC continues to ignore the fact that these injections do not prevent infection nor transmission of the virus. Even worse, well documented adverse events and clear safety signals from mRNA vaccination are largely ignored.

New evidence demonstrates that the vaccines contain extremely high levels of contaminating DNA vector from manufacture. The mRNA also produces unintended proteins, adding further insult.

Only 17% of the US population received an updated booster shot.

Court rules FDA take down anti-ivermectin ads

During the pandemic many doctors writing prescriptions for ivermectin had their license revoked or suspended. Pharmacists refused to fill prescriptions and people were ridiculed for taking ivermectin for treating COVID-19.

Three doctors sued the FDA, the Department of Health and Human Services and the agencies’ leaders in Galveston federal court in June 2022. Last week the courts found that the FDA overstepped and interfered with the doctor-patient relationship by posting false information regarding the use of ivermectin.

“The FDA interfered in the practice of medicine with their irresponsible language and posts about ivermectin. We will never know how many lives were affected because patients were denied access to a lifesaving treatment because their doctor was ‘just following the FDA.'" said Paul E. Marik, M.D., FCCM, FCCP, a plaintiff in the case.

9th Circuit Court Rules against former Vaccine Mandate for LA School district

"Addressing the merits, the panel held that the district court misapplied the Supreme Court’s decision in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), in concluding that the Policy survived rational basis review. Jacobson held that mandatory vaccinations were rationally related to preventing the spread of smallpox. Here, however, plaintiffs allege that the vaccine does not effectively prevent spread but only mitigates symptoms for the recipient and therefore is akin to a medical treatment, not a “traditional” vaccine. Taking plaintiffs’ allegations as true at this stage of litigation, plaintiffs plausibly alleged that the COVID-19 vaccine does not effectively “prevent the spread” of COVID-19. Thus, Jacobson does not apply.

Pursuant to more recent Supreme Court authority, compulsory treatment for the health benefit of the person treated—as opposed to compulsory treatment for the health benefit of others—implicates the fundamental right to refuse medical treatment. “A federal jury has awarded $687,000 to a research scientist who was fired from BlueCross BlueShield in Tennessee for refusing to comply the company’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Tanja Benton, who had worked 16 years at the firm when she was fired, was awarded $177,240 in back pay, $10,000 in compensation, and $500,000 in punitive damages, according to a document made public by the federal court in eastern Tennessee on June 30.

BlueCross BlueShield ‘cannot prove that allowing Plaintiff to continue her employment as a Bio Statistical Research Scientist without being vaccinated for COVID-19 constitutes an undue hardship,’ the suit stated. The company ‘also cannot show that it made any good-faith efforts to accommodate plaintiff’s sincerely held religious beliefs.’”

And what the chart shows is that none of the vaccines on the childhood schedule were tested against an inert saline placebo and none of the trials were long enough to accurately measure harms. Therefore, a true risk versus benefit assessment cannot be made.

In a recent CDC publication, Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR), the flu shot for the 2024-2025 flu season was shown to have only 35% efficacy in South America.

The adjusted Vaccine Efficacy was 34.5% against hospitalization, 36.5% against the predominant A(H3N2) influenza substrain, and 37.1% against the A(H1N1)pdm09 substrain.

"The vaccine effectiveness estimated is within the confidence interval of prior H3N2 (34%–53%) and H1N1 (18%–56%) for this Southern Hemisphere network," Zeno said. "It is lower than what was observed in the United States last season, but that was on the high-end of the historic range."

A $7.8 million payout from BART was awarded to six employees after accomodations were denied for their religious exemption to COVID-19 vaccinations.

On October 14, 2021, BART issued a “COVID-19 Vaccination Policy” imposed by the transit agency’s board of directors in fall 2021, requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment.

“Of the 179 religious objector employees, not one received an accommodation. Exclusion of religious people from the enjoyment of a right stands in violation of the First Amendment’s religion clauses and federal and state anti-discrimination in employment laws. 109 employees’ requests for religious exemption were denied,” attorneys wrote.

A jury in Detroit awarded former Blue Cross Blue Shield IT specialist of more than 30 years $10 M in punitive damages, $1.7 M in lost wages, and $1 M in noneconomic damages.

The plaintiff was denied a religious exemption from the 2021 vaccine mandate.

She worked remotely before the pandemic and worked 100% remotely during the pandemic so she posed no risk to others at BCBS. Now that it is known the genetic vaccines were not safe nor effective more lawsuits are expected to swing in favor of the wrongfully terminated.
