⚖️ The FDA is sued for withholding COVID-19 safety data!

Children's Health Defense brought forth a lawsuit concerning two Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests CHD submitted to the FDA in the summer and early fall of 2022, seeking records in connection with the FDA’s safety-monitoring of COVID-19 injections through the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). The FDA claimed a blanket exemption on the First Request. The FDA has not provided any determination on or records responsive to the Second Request. CHD now brings this action to compel compliance with FOIA.

The US government has engaged in ongoing, relentless efforts to promote COVID-19 injections.

These efforts include:

-> spending billions of dollars on injections; funding broad-based distribution efforts throughout the United States;

-> imposing nationwide vaccine mandates;

-> paying billions of dollars to media sources to promote the injections; and

An honest lifestyle reduces illness

A 2013 study published in PNAS, a top-ranked journal, discovered that people who were inclined to pursue justice and noble goals (eudaimonic) had higher interferon gene expression, higher ability to produce antibodies, and significantly lower expression of chronic inflammatory genes.

Furthermore, according to a Harvard University and the University of California–Berkeley study published in Current Opinion in Psychology in 2015, people with honest hearts are less prone to viral infections. That’s because the cortisol responsiveness of liars is significantly higher than that of truth-tellers. And the higher the cortisol responsiveness, the easier it is for the stress hormone levels in the body to rise.

Spike protein exhibits another toxic effect!!

"We directly visualized the binding of S protein to the platelet surface.

Live imaging shows that the S protein triggers platelets to deform dynamically, in some cases, leading to their irreversible activation."

Spike stays largely localized to respiratory sites during infection and only enters the bloodstream in the severely ill. Whereas, vaccination with mRNA encoding Spike forces its distribution throughout the body.

CDC adds genetic COVID-19 vaccines to the routine immunization schedule for children and adolescents.

Children are at negligible risk of severe Covid. Vaccines have demonstrated a safety signal of heart inflammation in children during the short time they have been deployed. Long-term effects of Covid vaccination are not known.

As discussed in this video from January 2021, natural immunity, aka actively acquired immunity, was always robust and protective against reinfection after recovery from infection with SARS-CoV-2. Virus specific T cells have been detected in the absence of circulating antibodies. This evidence suggests that these immune responses may persist for 6 months or more post infection and are not exclusively based on antibodies.

⚖️ Court blocks vaccine mandate for government workers

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans rejected arguments that Biden, as the nation’s chief executive, has the same authority as the CEO of a private corporation to require that employees be vaccinated.

The ruling from the full appeals court, 16 full-time judges at the time the case was argued, reversed an earlier ruling by a three-judge 5th Circuit panel that had upheld the vaccination requirement. Judge Andrew Oldham wrote the opinion for a 10-member majority. It upholds a preliminary injunction blocking the mandate issued by a federal judge in January 2022.

Healthy children don't need to get vaxxed, because COVID poses almost no risk to them.

Following its March 20-23 meeting, WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) revised the roadmap for prioritizing the use of COVID-19 vaccines, to reflect the impact of Omicron and high population-level immunity due to infection and vaccination.

The low priority group includes healthy children and adolescents aged 6 months to 17 years.

The public health impact of vaccinating healthy children and adolescents is comparatively much lower than the established benefits of traditional essential vaccines for children, such as the rotavirus, measles, and pneumococcal conjugate vaccines.

If someone said this a year ago, Twitter and other social media platforms would suspend their account for spreading misinformation.

How do authors claim the genetic vaccine is safe for children while identifying a serious signal with heart inflammation?

We have known that myocarditis following mRNA Covid immunization stood out among children, especially boys for YEARS! Those of us raising awareness on this issue were deplatformed and silenced.

Too little, too late FDA! In adults with classic myocarditis, the Mayo Clinic estimates 50% mortality rate over 5 years.

When the genetic vaccines were rolled out they were touted as "safe and effective". However, this technology has never been deployed in humans on a mass scale and there was no way to know the adverse or long-term effects. Now three years later we are seeing the harmful consequences of the genetic vaccines. The use of these injections and this vaccine platform should be stopped immediately.

The dangerous mRNA technology is increasingly linked to immune tolerance with potential consequences on autoimmunity and tumor outgrowth.

The COVID-19 Pandemic Created A Perfect Health Storm

Another reason Americans fared worse during the pandemic was the high rate of obesity and malnutrition with lockdowns exacerbating the issue.

The ultimate result of obesity is a state of chronic inflammation both at local as well at the systemic level.

If the policies implemented had really been about health, public health professionals should have considered the indirect health consequences of the pandemic policies beyond mitigating the effects of the virus.

Cleveland Clinic preprint study reveals those receiving bivalent vaccination are at higher risk of developing Covid.

'COVID-19 occurred in 1475 (3%) of 48 344 employees during the 100-day study period. The cumulative incidence of COVID-19 was lower in the “not up-to-date” than in the “up-to-date” state. On multivariable analysis, not being “up-to-date” with COVID-19 vaccination was associated with lower risk of COVID-19

Vaccination status was “up-to-date” or “not up-to-date” based on whether or not a person had received at least one dose of a COVID-19 bivalent vaccine.'

Dutch researchers examined rates of Severe Adverse Events between different BNT162b2 vaccine batches administered in Denmark (population 5.8 million) from December 2020 to January 2022.

Unexpectedly, rates of SAEs per 1000 doses varied considerably between vaccine batches ranging from 0.09–3.59 Events per 1000 doses with 71% of the suspected adverse reactions occurring in 4.2% of the vaccine batches.

Three predominant trendlines were discerned, with noticeable lower SAE rates in larger vaccine batches and additional batch-dependent heterogeneity in the distribution of SAE seriousness between the batches representing the three trendlines.

The results suggest the existence of a batch-dependent safety signal for the BNT162b2 vaccine, and more studies are warranted to explore this preliminary observation and its consequences.

T cell immunity from previous human Coronavirus infection protects certain individuals from symptomatic infection.

A group of STEM-policy professionals that included 14 members of Biosafety Now's leadership team submitted a letter to the Editor of Nature Medicine asking them to publish an expression of editorial concern for the paper “The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2,” and to begin a process of withdrawal or retraction of the paper.
