mRNA-LNP platform can pass down the acquired immune traits to their offspring!

This preprint study shows how the mRNA-LNP platform alters long-term adaptive immunity.

Conclusions:

1. The administration of mRNA-LNPs inhibits humoral responses to a second dose of the vaccine for at least several weeks.

2. Protection against fungal and viral infections is altered by the mRNA-LNPs platform.

3. The capacity of these vaccines to transmit protection trans-generationally is demonstrated, thus supporting the concept of Lamarckian inheritance in mammals.

How many severe adverse events occurred to achieve rapidly waning vaccine effectiveness?

Effectiveness of 2 doses of Pfizer BNT162b against BA.4/5 was below 20% by 9 months post-vaccination and effectiveness of the 3rd dose rapidly declined.

The authors conclude, “…we found rapid waning of vaccine effectiveness against the current sublineages of the omicron variant with respect to protection against hospitalization. Evidence of rapid waning of durability indicates the need for regular boosting as early as 4 months after the last dose to maintain protection.”

⚠️ Published studies also demonstrate that mRNA vaccine antibodies have great potential for DISEASE ENHANCEMENT within a specific window of suboptimal antibody responses.

A federal judge is siding with a group of Republican Attorney Generals in blocking a COVID-19 mandate for Head Start.

The European Medicines Agency has recommended including the use in children aged 6 months to 4 years for Comirnaty and use in children aged 6 months to 5 years for Spikevax.

This on the same day that CDC Votes 15-0 to add the vaccine to the "Vaccines for Children" (VFC) Program in the U.S. VFC is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay. The CDC buys vaccine at a discounted rate for distribution to registered VFC providers.

There is another vote tomorrow morning on ACIP's recommendation to add the Covid genetic vaccine to the U.S. child immunization schedule.

Of note, 4 ACIP members regularly engage in political advocacy on Twitter. Here’s but a small sample size of the political activism of committee members, which again, are tasked with the enormous responsibility of endorsing the safety and efficacy of children’s pharmaceutical products.

Japanese investigators determine the risk of myocarditis from Covid genetic vaccines has been underestimated.

Misinterpretation of chimeric virus study at Boston University

Purpose: To determine the contribution of Spike to pathogenicity of SARS-CoV-2

Approach: "We generated chimeric recombinant SARS-CoV-2 encoding the S gene of Omicron in the backbone of an ancestral SARS-CoV-2 and compared this virus with the naturally circulating Omicron variant."

Details: In hACE2 mice, Wuhan (WT) is 100% lethal and Omicron is nonlethal. When Omicron Spike replaces Wuhan Spike, pathogenicity decreases from 100% to 80%, thus an attenuated strain of Wuhan was generated. This is not a gain of function but rather a LOSS of function.

Conclusion: "Major determinants of viral pathogenicity reside outside of S"

What is the necessity of chimeric virus research and the unethical approach to creating new recombinant viruses with unknown pathogenicity and outbreak potential? Should the U.S. have lifted the ban on Gain of Function research in 2017?

In July 2021 the US FDA quietly disclosed findings of a potential increase in four types of serious adverse events in elderly people who had had Pfizer’s covid-19 vaccine: acute myocardial infarction, disseminated intravascular coagulation, immune thrombocytopenia, and pulmonary embolism.

The unadjusted relative risk ratio estimates originally found for the four serious adverse events ranged from 42% to 91% increased risk. More than a year later, however, the status and results of the follow-up study are unknown.

"To keep this information from the scientific community and prevent us from analysing it ourselves, is irresponsible. It presumes that these organisations are perfect and cannot benefit from independent scrutiny,” says Joseph Fraiman, an emergency medicine physician in New Orleans.
