Failure to engage in adequate INFORMED CONSENT could constitute medical malpractice as well as assault and battery.
If a medical practitioner attempts to treat a person without valid consent, then they will be liable under both tort (civil) and criminal law.

Their conclusion states that N antibody doesn't contribute to protection in rodent model but they neglect to assess N specific T cells.
