Warning! TikTok has the 0 views video issue since months, but now they implemented a new shitty feature in the style of Reddit. So you can still post, but in reality your account is banned at all, even if other apps can download your videos using the url from your feed! So always logout (or use incognito) and check if TikTok is still active or not, if you notice that the 0 views issue is back again. Such issue normally is available for 2-3 weeks (when there is no ban), then they disable it and the videos get shared normally. Not all accounts have such issue, but is still there. TikTok will not send you any message about such new hidden ban. Conclusion: check immediately if account is online or not.

Really strange TikTok, for you on desktop is just shit compared to the for you on the phone. Maybe in 2075 they will fix it ... In the meanwhile would be cool if they start to implement "sort by last added"

Social media apps highlight realities of war in Ukraine

We still disagree at all, because TikTok is the worse way to get informations. Is like comparing Facebook and Instagram, where on Ig there is just a shitty search feature. You can only get information based on TikTok AI or # of likes and views (again #likes and #views don't say anything). This is one of the main reason why all our backups are not TikTok based, but more about TikTok videos (or YouTube shorts, since they did good improvements in the last time) posted on other better socials (*), if the point is to get breaking news or search based news, and not only videos after 5 days or with 300k-1mio views. Without considering the fact that TikTok is the main social that bans war accounts.

*to be honest even the search feature or other features on other socials are not perfect, but still better compared to TikTok.
