➡️ Khalil is a legal permanent resident, married to a U.S. citizen, and father to a U.S.-born son. His lawyers say they will appeal, while a separate court order temporarily blocks his removal.

➡️ He maintains the case is political retaliation for his outspoken activism against Israel’s war on Gaza.
