Before 1993, the Union of Ungrochats was different, called the Union of the Second Act.
In the First Act were Chitavia, Tagria, and Irbissia.
Tagria later left the First Act in 1980.

The president became the Tagrian politician: Moral Ti'Riv. (Yes, do not be surprised; he had the right to run because he was born in Chitavia.)
After his victory, Ti'Riv immediately took the initiative, dissolving the Ministry of Defense and appointing ministers he considered much more reliable (pictures of all individuals will be provided, at least the new ones).

Within a year, Ti'Riv strengthened relations with the SSDK, and in 1992, discussions began regarding the formation of a new strategic alliance.

However, the Wolfian government of that time decided otherwise.
They built some kind of basic life in the country. However, it was not easy for the ordinary citizen to live; the labor institute was not experiencing its best days. There was high unemployment, and the whole country was divided by monopolist companies, predominantly American and European.
Many standards and rules were ignored because the government was paid extra money so that they would not raise any complaints.
The citizens did not like this very much.
Two parties fought for power, the Democratic and the Communist. There were many others, but they did not have any serious weight.
The Democrats did not really want the victory of the Communists, and while they were in power, they passed many laws to reduce freedom of speech.
For any criticism and insult of the Democratic Party of Wolfia, in the best case, there was a fine, and in the worst case, one could be accused of extremist propaganda and sent to prison.
It was also profitable for foreign companies to keep the Democrats in power, as it was they who allowed them to work on the territory.
However, one day in 1995, everything changed.
More radically minded Communists came out of the shadows in various cities in the east of Wolfia and began an attack on the administrations. In a week, they managed to capture a third of the territory of Wolfia.

Indeed, the entire army of Wolfia at that time consisted mainly of police and other law enforcement agencies; in the usual understanding of the military, there were far fewer, mainly due to the restructuring of the army and salary cuts.

The government expected a scenario where the Communists would try to take power by force, but they did not take into account that on the side of the Communists was a large number of those very cut military personnel. The last major union in New Antria was the Canine-Chat Federation, and its formation proceeded more smoothly.
First, the Dogrians in principle pursued a peacekeeping policy, cooperating with almost the entire world.

This immediately gave him the status of a hero of New Antria.
