"We will resume digital assets/cryptocurrencies withdrawals immediately once the concerned private key holder is able to authorize the transaction."

No matter what coin you are trading you should observe BTC too! Bcs no matter what trend your coin is followed till now, it will be impacted by BTC movement
A dump or pump on BTC can change the role of the market

If you have studied price action and the struggle between the buyers and sellers you would know that when a side is heavier than other it will push the price. So it would be impossible when there were more buying order in the order book, price dump heavily
