🏘️Districts (including Areas and Divisions) must conduct the International Speech Contest. The International Speech Contest must only be conducted in English.

🏘️Districts (including Areas and Divisions) may conduct up to 3 additional English speech contests each year.

🏡For 2021-2022 programme year District 108 Executive board decided to conduct following contests:

-🎙️International speech Contest

✅Contests must originate at the club level and proceed through the Area, Division and District levels, respectively.

🎉🎉🎉Dear Toastmasters, The District Leadership Committee 108 (DLC) officially opens nominations for officers to serve in District 108 - Poland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Kazahstan and Russia for the next Toastmaster's year starting July 2022.

🏘️ District 108 wants to recruit almost 40 leaders with following roles and functions:

☑️Area Directors – at least 23 persons geographically distributed across whole District 108 encompassing Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Russia and Kazakhstan;

☑️Division Directors – 6 persons supporting dedicated areas;

☑️Administration Manager – supporting District Leaders in administration aspects;

☑️PR Manager – promoting District achievements in multimedia;

☑️Finance Manager – supporting District Leaders in financial aspects accross 7 countries;

☑️Logistics Manager – supporting District Leaders in logistics matters;

☑️Parliamentarian – assists the District Director with planning and conducting District meetings according to protocols and procedures;

☑️Webmaster – assists the District Director and Club Growth Director with updates to the District website.

☑️And the District Trio that oversees the whole District activities and is responsible for expansion and quality of service:
