🌍🌎🌏Toastmasters International is the world’s leading organization devoted to improving and developing individual communication and leadership skills.

🤝🤝🤝District mission is to build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence, while club mission is to provide supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

🏡Each group of three to six clubs are taken care of by an Area Director who visits them and builds the bridge to the district.

🏘️Three or more Areas can be grouped in a Division. A Division Director is the team leader for the Division´s Area Directors. They report to the District Director.

❕❕❕Area is composed of the clubs - core unit of the Toastmasters organisation, which typically made up of 20 to 30 members.

🏘️Area F4 District 108 consists of the following clubs:

- Astana Toastmasters Club

- Nazarbayev University Toastmasters CLub
- Turan Toastmasters Club
- Shymkent Toastmasters Club
- Atyrau Open Toastmasters Club

The rules are very simple:

When Toastmasters clubs all over the world are meeting ONLINE, new rules apply to the Club Ambassador Program: a club visit can be counted online only if a visitor takes any role at the online club meeting and not just logging in. 🎤🎤🎤Education Program Team of Toastmasters International announced about launching new Pathways Level 1 projects.

What to know first:
✅Level 1 changes are now live on Base Camp.
✅The new Level 1 projects apply only to paths purchased after October 27, 2021. Paths already in progress or completed on that date will continue in the previous Level 1 format to ensure a smooth transition.
✅New Level 1 projects are currently available only in English, with translations to follow in the future.
✅“Researching and Presenting” is now an elective in Level 3 for anyone purchasing paths after October 27.

🎉🎉🎉Dear Area F4 community!

🎄🎄🎄Let me congratulate you all with upcoming holidays and New Year eve! Let me also share with you our progress and what lays ahead.

🤝As you may already know, our Area joined Division F under the District 108 and became a part of huge Toastmasters International Districts’ families in September. Almost half year through, we formed Area team, Area Council, and tried our best to catch up with TMI timeline.

❕❗️Area team put some serious efforts to catch up with TMI and our District’s timeline. Our efforts paid off, we are the first area in our division, who completed all half year milestones:
1. Hosting first Club Officers Training.
2. Fulfilling the duties of visiting an active Area Clubs.
3. Helping Clubs with the contests and organizing Area contest.
4. Preparing Area success plan, which included our rules of dedication, support, our focus on keeping all our area clubs in a good standing.
5. Hosting 2 Area Council meetings.

❗️❕Doing all of the milestones we have faced many different challenges as our understanding of TMI policies and procedures was not always accurate. Yet, we know, that is only beginning! We have many plans for next half year, which includes:
1. Hosting Club Officers Training in January.
2. Helping with Club contests in February.
3. Organizing the Area contest in March.
4. Completing Club visits by Area Director in March and April.
5. Voting for the next Area Director in April or May.
6. Celebrating the end of the Area and Clubs accomplishments on Area Council in June.

📌And that is only the official part. We are also working on putting together Area Budget Guidebook. Yet, one of our biggest effort is to get all active clubs in Kazakhstan in a good standing, which is one of hardest tasks we are facing today, overcoming the challenges put by a pandemic and it’s consequences. And despite the progress made seems to be slow, we are moving toward it and we will hope we will get all active clubs in Kazakhstan back - strong and united. Together we can face challenges ahead and push forward to put our name boldly on a Toastmasters International map. Let’s continue our service with excellence and efforts to strive for integrity with respect!

We prepared a wonderful program concentrated on practical aspects of our officers’ duties. But first, we will share with you what district roles are available for us, what they do and how we can apply to them📝.

Our training will focus on more practical aspect of the officers roles, providing you more tips & tricks in achieveng Distinguished Toastmaster award, Club promotion in social media, membership campaigns, and Zoom master class. As a bonus we will share with you all details about the Area budgeting💸.

Be aware, that officers are required to participate in training to complete the Club Performance goals, and it is easiest one to get✅.

The training will start at 2 p.m on Feb 6, 2022 and will last a lite bit more than 4 hours. Hope to see you there✨.

🏘️Districts (including Areas and Divisions) must conduct the International Speech Contest. The International Speech Contest must only be conducted in English.

🏘️Districts (including Areas and Divisions) may conduct up to 3 additional English speech contests each year.

🏡For 2021-2022 programme year District 108 Executive board decided to conduct following contests:
-🎙️Table topics Contest
-🎙️Humororus speech Contest
-🎙️Evaluation Contest
-🎙️International speech Contest

✅Contests must originate at the club level and proceed through the Area, Division and District levels, respectively.
