There was a divide by zero panic caused by an edge case when the advanced swap queue was toggled off for an investigation this morning. This patch should mitigate the panic and allow block production to resume once a quorum of the network has applied the update. Once block production resumes we will halt trading and signing until all chains have caught back up to tip.

This release contains a handful of optimizations to reduce scanner latency, in particular on BSC and BASE. It should also significantly reduce Bifrost CPU load. This is most critical for any nodes that remain behind in scanning - no rush for nodes that are already keeping up. If you have been falling behind please take note that you may need to soon consider faster clock processors or lower latency storage, as the latency of the RPC block and receipt calls themselves are by far the largest contributing factors to the scan latency per block (and we continue to see increasing transaction counts on these chains).
