There were issues in the TCY store migration that were not caught in stagenet testing, causing a necessary delay to recut the release. Please install the latest image to continue block production:
Once the quorum has updated, block production will continue with network version 3.5.0. The node version for active validators will be automatically updated. All non-active validators must run make set-version to be eligible for the next churn.
This release also includes significant Bifrost refactoring, which reduces chain bloat and paves the way for 2 second blocks. Devs have paused trading, signing, and scanning - which will be progressively resumed in reverse order after functionality is verified. We hope for no issues, but have in place a fallback plan for a validator-only 3.5.1 to revert the behavior change if necessary. Nodes and the community are kindly requested to maintain greater than usual vigilance during the coming hours and days.
