It's a simple night, nothing planned, just me, Sveic's Ohyul and my twins, Sveic's Carmen, and the city stretching out in front of us.

​We spent the first hour just drifting, our boots clicking against the concrete as we moved from one street stall to the next. The smell of toasted sugar and salty street snacks followed us, and we didn't fight it.

​"We're only going out for a bit," I said, mostly to myself, as I adjusted my jacket.

​Carmen didn't even look up from the bag of snacks she was raiding, but I heard the grin in her voice. "Yeah, that’s what you always say, Ohyul."

​"Let’s just enjoy it," I told her.

And we did. We kept walking, the noise of the traffic fading into a steady pulse as we disappeared further into the night.

Eh, maaf orang ganteng mau lewat. Mana red kapret nya?

The pool was anything but calm. Sveic's Keonho and Caelthwynn's Seonghyeon were splashing water everywhere, swimming too fast, bumping into each other, and absolutely not taking it seriously. The sound of water slapping against the pool walls echoed through the backyard as they kept trying to dunk each other under.

Keonho suddenly grabbed Seonghyeon's shoulder and tried to push him down, laughing when Seonghyeon fought back and splashed water straight into his face. They ended up drifting apart, both catching their breath while still kicking the water nonstop.

Keonho swam to the edge first, gripping it and half-climbing out while still dripping everywhere. He glanced back and yelled, "Tadi lu mintanya minumnya yang warna merah ya, kocak!"

Seonghyeon splashed water at him in response, swimming closer with a grin that screamed trouble. "Tapi gua juga mau yang orange!"

Keonho clicked his tongue, shaking his head, before flicking water back at him—starting the chaos all over again.
