“there remaineth a rest to the people of God”
then He didn’t follow that by saying “you automatically enter it when you die”...
He said
“Labour to enter [He was speaking to people alive on earth]” [Heb. 4:9-11]
ENTER HOW?
... THROUGH BELIEVING [vs 11, Jn. 3:16]
