Garsecg, the English god of the Seas. His name appears quite often in Old English texts, but little is really known about him. The root Gar means spear – as in the English Gar rune. The word 'Secg' can vary and can mean sword but also hero or warrior. Here it would suggest his name means 'Spearman', a folk memory from ancient hunter gatherer times maybe.
There is an older root-meaning for the word Gar, from the PIE *ǵʰey which means 'to drive, move or fling'. Perhaps his name is a reference to the ocean waves, tidal currents and stormy seas which tossed ships and drowned sailors.

There is a German Fairy Tale known as "The Devil and the Three Golden Hairs" in which a boy born with a caul is tasked with traveling to the otherworld and collecting three golden hairs from the devil, when he arrives "The Devil's Grandmother" is the one who aids him as well as solving the issues of the towns and cursed ferryman he comes across. The Devil solves the curse of the Tree of Life as being a mouse in the roots of the tree with golden apples, the fountain of wine or well is blocked by a toad, and the ferryman need only pass his burden to another. This tale also appears in nearby Slavic lands, yet here the pagan aspects are far more obvious. The Golden Haired "Devil" is in fact Dahzbog who leaves his home a child to take the sun across the sky, only to return an old man and die in the lap of Zorya of the midnight star. Whose lap he goes to every night, others have interpreted her as Baba Yaga at least in the tale.-TLK

Aww this is my dream! Additionally to homestead with the acres of land, sturdy, comfortable home, a food garden, and few farm animals, and few horses, I would want to have a house library full of books on Herbal Medicine, Ancient Healing Methods, Holistic Healing, Wild Edibles such as mushrooms herbs berries roots, etc…, Primitive Architecture, and other books on self-sufficient lifestyle. And yes, I too would love to have a storage full of all kinds of different weapons, because when you’ve put a lot of your energy, time, money and care into building something incredible for you and your family, you have be able to protect it from those who wish to steal it from you.

This video is about the Anastasia project in Russia. They talk about the Russian Kin’s Domain Settlements that were founded based on the series of books “The Ringing Cedars” authored by Vladimir Megre.
In Russia it’s the Anastasia movement where we see over 300 growing and developing Kin’s Domain Settlements, but the same thing is taking place in America, Europe and other parts of the world.
This transition of people from urban cities moving to rural areas is not some modern fashion that will pass. What is happening is paradigm shifting. Many people around the world hear the call of nature. They hear the call of their ancestors, and so there is a division within humanity that’s happening.
Majority of humanity seems to be blindly racing towards popular culture, Transhumanism, towards harmful scientism with its toxic GMOs and MSGs, unnatural factory farms, big pharma with its lab-crafted synthetic meds, and futuristic destructive technology, whilst a minority of humans seem to be looking backwards to their ancient ancestors, to the old ways, looking to a simple, natural existence in harmony with organic nature and ecosystem
