3,000 BCE was a productive time for the Indo-Europeans & related peoples. It was around this time that the Yamnaya, having domesticated the horse, began to cast their gaze to new lands to commandeer and subjugate. It was also the time that the Neolithic Farmers began constructing Stonehenge in Ancient Britain; the large bluestones were believed to have been erected in 2400 BCE, but have since been tentatively re-dated to 3000 BCE.
