Seaweed as a natural cough remedy.
The knowledge that this lovely Irish woman holds is priceless! The information she shares with her audience reminds me of my motherland where I grew up (Russia Rostov-on-Don.) Back in those days people didn’t run to the doctor each time they had a cold or some other minor issue. People knew about natural remedies. And it’s not like just certain people knew about this knowledge, all knew about it. It was an awareness among the people, knowledge passed down from the ancestors. I was just a small child back then, but I can remember a few of the natural remedies. Every Russian person knows about using raspberries in hot tea, together with lemon and honey for things like sore throat, or cough.

I remember this particular wild plant ‘Coltsfoot’ used as medicinal plant in Russia for different purposes. The Russian name for this plant is Мать и мачеха (mother and stepmother.) The plant usually grows next to bodies of water

No wonder why I love my sunflower seeds. It’s the favourite snack for Russians. Every Russian neighbourhood has babushkas sitting on benches eating sunflower seeds, and gossiping about everybody.

Even Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev can't resist the overcoming love for sunflower seeds which exists in the heart of every Russian.

On Telegram

Today I wanted to browse various channels, but stumbled across a recurring message:

'Access to this channel is not allowed with a version of Telegram from the Google Play Store!'

Alright, so Google is censoring third-party apps.

The solution: remove Telegram, if you have it from Google Play Store!
Get your application 🔗directly from Telegram as APK!

Installation is easy.

Also consider to get other applications as APK outside of Googles service. For example: Brave, Protonmail,...
