This spring I'm glad to see that several arugula plants I sowed before summer 2020 have reached a good size in the garden. They've been blooming for a while and attract insects like this bee.
The flowers will soon produce pods containing several seeds which can easily open and thus be naturally sowed, sprouting tasty young leaves, perfect for salads. This makes an interesting plant for a permanent vegetable garden.
