Ancient Karthaia, Kea island, Greece.

Karthaia was one of the four ancient Greek city-states on the island of Ceos (today Kea or Tzia) in the Cyclades. It was located on the southeastern coast of the island.

The site was inhabited continuously for c. 1,300 years, approximately from the 8th century BC (Geometric period) till the 6th century AD. From that time on Karthaia remained abandoned. The ruins of the acropolis, town-centre and fortifications of ancient Karthaia have been preserved for centuries on the Aspri Vigla hills, Pindar’s “narrow ridge of land“.

Young couple living off-grid in Alaska harvesting their potatoes. In recent years I’ve seen some bad things said about potatoes on the internet, but it didn’t change how I feel about cooking with, and eating potatoes. I’ve always loved them, and so does my family. Also potatoes are a great winter and early spring crop for colder climates. So it’s a reliable source of food. Not to mention how delicious they are, and all of the different ways you can cook them. This young couple is able to grow food in a harsh climate of Alaska. If they can live off-grid in Alaska, then we can definitely do it in less challenging places

Therefore, in many of the Slavic countries, Christmas is called “Bozic” which translates to “little god”, as “Bog” means God. As consumers we have a lot of control that we do not realize we have. Think about how quickly grocery stores started to fill up with more & more organic, non-gmo products, as soon as the public started to learn about the importance of consuming organic natural foods as much as possible. Suddenly, all of the major food companies stared to put out more organic, non-gmo options when before they had non at all. It’s because these complaints cater to our wants and needs, not the other way around. They need our business

Earthing (also known as grounding) refers to the discovery that bodily contact with the Earth's natural electric charge stabilizes the physiology at the deepest levels, reduces inflammation, pain, and stress, improves blood flow, energy, and sleep, and generates greater well-being.

There are some people on the Internet trying to debunk the information on grounding, but they cannot deny the fact that we are part of this planet’s organic systems. They also cannot deny the fact that we carry electricity within our bodies. Our cells are specialized to conduct electrical currents. Electricity is required for the nervous system to send signals throughout the body and to the brain, making it possible for us to move, think and feel. They cannot deny the fact that Electricity (whether it comes from lightning or any other source) heads to the ground as a result of some very basic forces. So why is it so hard for these debunkers to see that there’s truth behind the earthing/grounding research. Why do these the debunkers think that it’s absolutely impossible for the electricity within our bodies to behave like the electricity in any other organic source on this planet? Obviously, walking on the earth barefooted will have a natural, positive effect on our bodies, and activate whichever natural processes that are supposed to naturally occur in our bodies, when our bare feet make a contact with organic ground/surface of earth
