Get Premium for Helping Telegram Send SMS Codes
Telegram has launched a program which allows users to get Premium for sending SMS messages with OTP codes to other users. A user from Indonesia shared screenshots of the feature with @tginfo.
Terms of Service have appeared for the new program, which is called “Peer-to-Peer Login Program”.
On the page Telegram informs that only users from some countries can participate. Telegram will be using user’s phone to send no more than 150 SMS codes monthly, at the user’s expense. When the user reaches the minimum quota, they will be rewarded with a transferable gift code that grants access to a monthly Telegram Premium subscription. The messenger won't compensate carrier rates and fees for sending the messages.
Telegram warns that theoretically program participants can see phone numbers of the users who receive the OTP codes. The same way, receivers will know the codes are sent from other Telegram users.
@tginfo confirmed existence of the feature in Telegram for Android 10.8.1 (4404) code. The Terms of Service point out that the program is only available to Android users.
We speculate that the program will be used in countries which have high SMS fees, like Indonesia.

Business accounts will be able to add a Telegram bot to process incoming messages.
🤖 Bot API Update: There's a chance Telegram will rollout a Bot API update with a better integration for "Customer Support" bots. hey will act like a "middleman" between customer and a business account. Customer will see they're talking to a real User account.
We may see:
• Full access to new messages. Business account can setup filters on what chats can be accessed by Chatbot.
• Option to automatically reply as bot: chatbots will be able to immediately reply to user (with AI and any automation)
• Option to restrict automatic replies: Business accounts will be able to restrict automatic replies and process messages manually or via other system like Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.
• Business opening hours: Chatbots can be programmed to reply something like "We're closed today and will be back on Monday. Don't worry, we got your message!"
Remember: All of these are just assumptions based on latest Telegram iOS source code.

According to latest Telegram iOS Sources, users with Telegram Business will be able to connect any Telegram Bot to process incoming messages.
You simply need enter the bot username (for example @BusinessyBot)
Maybe more options in future? “Send invoices”, “Contact after some time” (to prevent advertising), “Contact in Closed Hours”, etc.
