As of April 11, three out of six servicemen who were injured due to the Azerbaijani provocation are reported to be in a satisfactory condition, while the remaining three are in moderate, severe, and extremely severe conditions, respectively.

At 00:50, the situation on the front line appears to be relatively stable.
The following are the names of the Armenian servicemen killed during the Azerbaijani attack on April 11 published by the Armenian Ministry of Defense:

 Arthur Sahakyan (born in 1999)
 Mkrtich Harutyunyan (born in 1989)
 Henrik Kocharyan (born in 1997)
 Narek Sargsyan (born in 1994)

BREAKING: Armenian Parliament deprives "Hayastan" Faction MP Mher Sahakyan of parliamentary immunity.

The National Assembly has agreed to the petition of the Prosecutor General to initiate a public criminal prosecution against "Hayastan" Faction MP Mher Sahakyan.

Out of 107 deputies, 65 participated in the voting. Notably, yesterday Mher Sahakyan announced in the National Assembly that he would also vote in favor of the petition.

Anahit Manasyan, the candidate of the ruling "Civil Contract" party, has been elected as the Human Rights Defender of Armenia. In yesterday's closed-secret voting in the National Assembly, 69 deputies participated, with all 69 deputies voting in favor of Manasyan and 0 deputies voting against.

The voting was held yesterday, however, due to the border tension, the extraordinary session planned for the evening was not held, and the results were presented only today.

Thus, Anahit Manasyan becomes the sixth Human Rights Defender of Armenia.

Edgar Ghazaryan, the candidate of the opposition for Human Rights Defender, has announced that he will appeal the decision to elect Anahit Manasyan as the Human Rights Defender in court.

The previous Human Rights Defender, Kristine Grigoryan, resigned in January 2023, so Armenia has been without a Human Rights Defender for almost 3 months.
As part of the efforts to normalize relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, direct contacts between Yerevan and Baku have been halted, as stated by Jeyhun Bayramov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister during a press conference in Baku.

He made this statement following his meeting with Boyar Osmani, the acting Chairperson of the OSCE.

Following Azerbaijan’s attack on Armenia’s Tegh village in Syunik, members of the "Armenia" Alliance traveled to the village overnight.

The following MPs were among them: Aspram Krpeyan, Kristine Vardanyan, Garnik Danielyan, Anna Grigoryan, Agnessa Khamoyan, Arthur Sargsyan and Mher Sahakyan. The MPs met with residents in the area to recieve eyewitness accounts and discuss challenges in the area and offer assistance.
Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, upon the recommendation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, signed a decree on Wednesday dismissing Arman Maralchyan from the position of commander of the border troops of the National Security Service.

As reported by the Istanbul-based Armenian newspaper "Agos", clergymen from the Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople served the divine liturgy dedicated to the Holy Resurrection on April 9, at the Saint Kirakos Church in Diyarbakir, the only functioning church in Western Armenia.

Saint Kirakos has been closed for a long time for renovation after suffering extensive damage during the Turkish-Kurdish clashes in 2015. The church reopened its doors to the faithful in May, 2022, after renovations that lasted 7 years.

The church was consecrated under the leadership of the Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople, Archbishop Sahak Mashalian.
BREAKING: One of the two Azerbaijanis who crossed the border into Armenia three days ago was found by three locals from Achanan village of Syunik Province. Armenia’s NEWS.am followed up with one of the individuals, Gor Ohanjanyan, regarding the incident.

According to Gor Ohanjanyan, the Azerbaijani soldier was found in a Azerbaijani military uniform, carrying mixed ammunition, masks, and the phone of a murder victim who was murdered in the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine guard post. The locals detained him until the police arrived. The soldier was wet and in a dirty condition at the time of his capture. He was found three kilometers from Achanan village.

“We shed the blood of Armenians. We beheaded the Armenians. And now we are still alive, not dead. Even if we die, let us be appreciated. We are not betrayers of the Homeland,” the detained Azerbaijani soldier says in a video that he recorded on his phone prior to the arrest.
Relatives of soldiers killed during the 44-Day War have gathered at the Investigative Committee of Armenia to protest and are planning to stage a sit-down strike.

They plan to stay there until charges are brought against the perpetrators in the September 21 case, and are demanding a meeting with the head of the Investigative Committee, Yura Ivanyan, to understand the progress of the case.

On the morning of September 21, 2022, the relatives of the killed soldiers were on duty at the "Yerablur" Military Pantheon with the intention of disrupting Nikol Pashinyan's visit to Yerablur, but the police used force and took them to police departments.

The Livingston Group, a well-known anti-Armenian lobbying firm which represented Turkey and Azerbaijan, is now representing a new political organization in Armenia. Gegham Stepanyan, the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh, met with the Chairman-in-Office of the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe), and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, who is on a working visit to Armenia.

Gegham Stepanyan addressed the issue of ethnic cleansing policy pursued by Azerbaijan after the ceasefire was established on November 9, 2020, providing specific facts and examples of crimes committed by the Azerbaijani side. The Ombudsman presented the humanitarian consequences of the four-month-long illegal blockade by Azerbaijan and the widespread violations of the rights of the people of Artsakh.

The Ombudsman emphasized the need to restore the format of the OSCE Minsk Group, send a fact-finding group to Artsakh, and establish a permanent presence there. The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk, also participated in the meeting.

Today, relatives of the fallen soldiers from the 2020 Artsakh Artsakh War protested at the Investigative Committee of Armenia. A large police presence was deployed to the area, with many officers forming a barrier to prevent the protesters from approaching the RA IC building. The parents of the fallen soldiers closed Mamikonyants street.

It is worth noting that today, relatives of the fallen soldiers began a 24-hour sit-in in front of the Investigative Committee building, demanding immediate accountability for the 12 police officers who physically injured the parents of the fallen soldiers at "Yerablur" on September 21. Currently, no police officer has been charged.

On September 21, 2022, police officers used violence against the parents of soldiers killed in the 2020 Artsakh war at the "Yerablur" Military Pantheon. Confrontations between police officers and the parents occurred during this incident.
