If confirmed, the statement leaves a lot of unanswered questions.

The statement stresses respecting one another's sovereign territory. Does this mean Azerbaijan will withdraw from Armenian borders?

- The question remains why Artsakh is not mentioned.
- There is no mention of the release of POWs and captives held by Azerbaijan that was stressed in the November 9 agreement. Azerbaijan still holds more than 30 Armenian POWs captive.

What is the current status of Armenian POWs in Azerbaijan?
- On Saturday, Pashinyan stated he would discuss the possibility of extending the length of time of peacekeepers being in Artsakh, but the statement stresses the good work that is done, but no time extension.

An agreement was reached at the meeting that Iranian companies will cooperate with Armenia in the field of civil infrastructure, including tunnels, roads and housing construction.

The parties agreed that in the spring of 2023, Iranian companies will begin construction of the 7.2 km long Kajaran tunnel. An agreement was also reached to send a group of Iranian construction workers to Armenia for on-site negotiations.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi officially welcomed the visiting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at Saadabad cultural complex in northern Tehran on November 1, IRNA reports.

The official welcoming ceremony was followed by the talks between the Armenian PM and the Iranian President.

Pashinyan and Raisi will discuss regional and bilateral issues, as well as will attend a signing ceremony on bilateral cooperation and hold a joint press briefing.
The CSTO Collective Security Council will meet in Yerevan on November 23.

There will be a discussion between the heads of the countries about Armenia's assistance.

Artsakh’s famous “We Are Our Mountains” monument was erected 55 years ago today on November 1, 1967.

Colonel Artur Sargsyan was a staunch and decorated military figure who was martyred during the 2020 Artsakh War on October 25. Born on April 21, 1975, in the city of Etchmiadzin, he completed his studies at the Republic of Armenia’s Academy of Agriculture with a diploma of excellence. He then continued his studies at the same university's military department, eventually becoming an officer.

Since 2017, he had been serving as the Deputy Commander of the Staff of the 3rd army corps of the Ministry of Defense, and on June 4, 2020, he was appointed to the position of the Deputy Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Artsakh.

Artur Sargsyan, who had been delivering updates at press conferences from the Artsakh information headquarters since the first days of the war, was seriously injured in Shushi on October 4. The doctors forbade him to leave for the border again, but he disregarded their warnings.

He was martyred on October 25 at the command post in Martuni.
