As you are aware, starting this academic year, each batch of students has been assigned an academic advisor to assist with all academic concerns throughout your time at Addis Ababa University. The registration process is also approved by your assigned advisors. However, it has come to our attention that some academic advisors have approved registrations in your absence due to various reasons, in order to prevent potential delays and to ensure the academic calendar remains on track. With this notice, the school urges all students to contact their assigned academic advisors as soon as possible, before the add/drop period is announced by the registrar. Please note that the school will not handle any issues that may arise from failure to consult your academic advisor, particularly regarding course additions, drops, or
prerequisite matters.
