Graduating students who are left with a one-course requirement for graduation have been requesting a waiver to take more than 35 ECTS. Following the requests, the university ASPRC granted students to take a maximum of 40 ECTS in the following conditions;

1. The students should be a graduating class

2. The maximum allowed ECTS is 40

3. The student should be left with one course for graduation

4. The student's academic performance should be in good condition (CGPA >2.5)
