White days (Al Ayaamu al beedh)

Narrated Abu Huraira:
My friend (the Prophet) advised me to do three things and I shall not leave them till I die, these are: To fast three days every month, to offer the Duha prayer, and to offer witr before sleeping.
Sahih al-Bukhari, 1178

قال شَيخُ الإسلَام ابنُ تيمِيَّةَ -رحِمهُ اللّٰـهُ- :
«استِغفَارُ الإنسَانِ أَهَمُّ مِن جَمِيعِ الأدعِيَة».

استغفروا'

The Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah - may God have mercy on him - said:
“Seeking forgiveness(Istghfaar) is more important than all prayers(duaas).”
