Best time to do Option Buying ?
Use Morning time 9:20 to 11:00 to find the initial trend
Use Afternoon 11:00 to 2:00 for sideways market and avoid option buying
After 2:00 find a fresh trend or let the initial trend continue .

Ugly truth about my trading
I have better performance in accounts where I don't have to show performance to public
My smaller 30L account is 4% up while 50L who's verified I share is only 1.5% up.
I was wondering is it psychologically easier to trade where there is no pressure ?
