To capture 3pm moves I had free 3pm option buying which covered the loss caused by reversal .

Best time to do Option Buying ?

Use Morning time 9:20 to 11:00 to find the initial trend

Use Afternoon 11:00 to 2:00 for sideways market and avoid option buying

After 2:00 find a fresh trend or let the initial trend continue .

After 2 we have good Trending markets
Try debit spread over Naked Buying .
