5. القدرة على تقديم التدريب النظري والعملي بشكل فعال وممتع.
6. خبرة في إعطاء محو الأمية الثقافية لكبار السن والتي تشمل محو الأمية الأبجدية والعمليات الحسابية البسيطة.
7. الأفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة في تعليم برنامج التعلم الذاتي ضمن الجمعيات والمنظمات الدولية وممن لديهم تجربة سابقة في تعليم كبار السن.

The Human Resources Department at the #Syrian_Arab_Red_Crescent - #tartous Branch announces a job vacancy:
🔴Public Health in Emergency and Emergency Response Unit Branch Coordinator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Guided by the PHiE and MERU manager and with the support of the PHiE coordinator disseminate and strive for the implementation of SOPs and other technical guidelines at the branch level developed by the PHiE and MERU unit.
• Establish a solid working relationship with other SARC departments such as community-based health and first Aid (CBHFA), disaster management (DM), WASH, and Emergency medical services (EMS) to ensure an enhanced and well-coordinated response.
• Support the PHiE and MERU manager in the development of the roster and organization of regular simulation exercises.
• Enhance the capacity of volunteers and community health promoters at the branch level, with close collaboration of the CBHFA team, in CBS and surge support.
• Contribute to the development of the SARC Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan and provide technical support to the branch to put in place a responsive preparedness and response plan that is in line with the unit’s vision.
• Support the mobilization and deployment of the SARC health team at the branch level following a disaster that has a health consequence.
• In close coordination with the different SARC teams mainly with the CBHFA team and PHiE coordinator at the HQ level support the Implementation of disease surveillance systems to monitor disease trends and detect outbreaks early in SARC health facilities and at the community level.
• Collaborate with local authorities and community leaders to promote health-seeking behaviors and facilitate access to healthcare services in close collaboration with other SARC teams.
• Ensure the documentation of lessons learned that helps to improve processes and implementation for MERU and PHiE in the National Society.
• Performs all other related work as required within the scope of the unit.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Medical doctor or bachelor’s degree in public health or related field, with professional experience in a public health, preparedness field, or comparable setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an NGO or Red Cross Red Crescent Movement is preferred.
• Experience in coordination including planning and monitoring.
• Working knowledge of the public health system and interaction of the medical system and emergency response sectors.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Good knowledge of emergency health response and public health including investigation and surveillance methods; good knowledge of community organizations and service providers related to public health.
• Demonstrated success in project coordination, including planning, design, management, and reporting.
• Have experience in conducting training and delivering presentations in a clear concise, and articulate manner.
• knowledgeable in planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and organize data as well as to prepare reports.
• Capacity to understand and interpret complex oral instructions and/or written instructions.
• Solid organizational skills, initiative, integrity, and sound professional judgment.
• Computer proficiency in word processing programs, PowerPoint, Excel, and other document formatting techniques, ability to create and maintain rapid electronic communications networks and provide required updates.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong verbal and written communication skills in English is an asset.

مهام الصيدلي:
1- الإشراف على عمل الصيدلية بشكل يومي.
2- صرف الأدوية للمرضى بناءاً على وصفة الطبيب الملحق رقم (2).
3- إعطاء الإرشادات حول استخدام الدواء، الجرعة، طريقة الإعطاء، الآثار الجانبية....الخ.
4- التأكد من توفر الأدوية في الصيدلية والعمل على تجنب حدوث انقطاع بالأدوية.

7- ضرورة التأكد من كتابة اسم المريض، اسم الدواء، كميته، العيار، الاستخدام، تاريخ الصلاحية على جميع أكياس الدواء الموزعة على المرضى.
8- الإشراف على صرف حليب الأطفال بموجب وصفة الطبيب وإعداد لوائح بأسماء المستفيدين مع الثبوتيات مع ضرورة التزام معايير الصرف ضمن المنظمة.
9- الإشراف على إستلام وحفظ وصرف الأنسولين للمستفيدين بموجب وصفة صادرة عن طبيب الداخلية وإعداد التقارير الشهرية بأسماء المستفيدين مرفقة بالثبوتيات اللازمة، مع ضرورة عدم صرف أكثر من ثلاث عبوات لكل مستفيد شهرياً.

🔴المسمى الوظيفي : صيدلي مساعد
الصيدلي المساعد (شهادة صيدلة)
مهام الصيدلي المساعد:
1- مساعدة الصيدلي في مهامه في الصيدلية.
2- إدخال البيانات المطلوبة في الصيدلية وإعداد التقارير للصيدلي.
على من يرغب بالتقدم إرسال سيرته الذاتية إلى الإيميل التالي:
