A video recording shows forces affiliated with the Ministry of Defense of the de facto authority, led by Ahmad Al-Shara (Abu Mohammad Al-Jolani), deliberately throwing a Kurdish woman from the second floor of a destroyed building in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood, amid extensive destruction resulting from indiscriminate shelling of residential areas.

The perpetrators — factions identified by yellow armbands (Al-Asa’ib Al-Safra) — belong to Division 52, formerly Khalid ibn al-Walid Brigades, affiliated with Ansar al-Tawhid, operating under the Ministry of Defense of the Syrian Transitional Government (terrorist entity).

• دبابات تابعة لعصابات الجولاني (فصائل وزارة الدفاع لحكومة دمشق – سلطة الأمر الواقع) كانت تشارك بالتنفيذ بشكل مباشر في قصف متعمد لمشفى خالد فجر.
• قوات الأسايش تمكّنت من تفجير ثلاث دبابات أثناء تنفيذها القصف على المشفى.
• لا يزال حيّا الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية يتعرضان لقصف مكثف بالدبابات — و ✈️استهداف مباشر ومتواصل بواسطة طائرات مسيّرة تركية من طراز بيرقدار.
• استمرار ضرب و قصف مشفى خالد فجر المكتظ بالجرحى المدنيين.

هذا يشكل : • تهديد مباشر لحياة المدنيين والكوادر الطبية.
• تصعيد خطير يرقى إلى انتهاك جسيم لقواعد حماية المنشآت الطبية والمدنيين وفق القانون الدولي الإنساني.

أقدمت الفصائل الإرهابية التابعة لوزارة الدفاع في الحكومة المؤقتة (سلطة الأمر الواقع) على اعتقال تعسفي لرجل مدني كوردي كبير في السن، دون أي تهمة، بسبب انتمائه القومي فقط.

🔴 تفاصيل الانتهاك:
• اعتقال تعسفي خارج أي إطار قانوني.
• الاعتداء الجسدي واللفظي على الضحية.
