• أفادت مصادر ميدانية بأنه جرى وضعه داخل صندوق سيارة أثناء اعتقاله من قبل عناصر الأمن العام.
• لاحقًا، أُفرج عنه وسُلِّم إلى ذويه وهو في وضع صحي بالغ السوء.
• عند خروجه من الاحتجاز، كان يعاني من فقدان القدرة على النطق والسمع نتيجة التعذيب الذي تعرّض له داخل السجن.


🕊️• بتاريخ 16/12/2025، فارق الشاب جعفر سليمان محمود الحياة متأثرًا بمضاعفات خطيرة ناجمة عن التعذيب، والتي تطوّرت إلى نزيف دماغي.
• يُسجَّل بذلك شهيدًا جديدًا سقط نتيجة ممارسات التعذيب الممنهج والإرهاب.

• تؤكد هذه الجريمة استمرار سياسات القتل والتعذيب والاعتقال التعسفي بحق أبناء الطائفة العلوية.
• كما تعكس غياب أي مساءلة قانونية أو رادع فعلي، في ظل تصاعد الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان.

🔴 Documented Details
• Jaafar Suleiman Mahmoud was detained approximately three weeks prior to his martyrdom by members of the de facto authority.
• During his detention, he was subjected to severe torture and beatings.
• Field sources reported that he was placed inside a car trunk during his arrest by the Public Security elements.
• He was later released to his family in extremely poor health.
• Upon leaving detention, he suffered from loss of speech and hearing as a result of the torture endured in prison.

• On 16/12/2025, Jaafar Suleiman Mahmoud passed away due to severe complications from the torture, which developed into a brain hemorrhage.

توثيق 🔴 اعتقالات تعسفية واضطهاد منهجي على أساس الانتماء الديني والسياسي

شنّت قوات الأمن العام التابعة لسلطة الأمر الواقع بقيادة أحمد الشرع (أبو محمد الجولاني) حملة اعتقالات تعسفية واسعة استهدفت مدنيين عُزلاً. ترافق ذلك مع تنكيل وتعذيب معنوي وجسدي للمدنيين المعتقلين وشوهدت سيارات الأمن العام تبث الأغاني بصوت مرتفع أثناء الاعتقالات في مشهد استعراضي هدفه بثّ الرعب في صفوف السكان. كما وثّق بعض العناصر بأنفسهم مقاطع التنكيل بالمعتقلين.

تظهر التسجيلات قيام بعض العناصر بـالاحتفال أمام الكاميرا أثناء تنفيذ الاعتقالات ما يعدّ دليلاً على النية المبيتة والتعمد والإيذاء النفسي المنهجي، ويشكل جزءاً من نمط من الإذلال والترهيب المنظم.

وفي محاولة لتبرير هذه الانتهاكات زعمت سلطة الأمر الواقع أنها ألقت القبض على “مجموعة مسلّحة من فلول النظام”، وهي رواية مفبركة تُستخدم مراراً لتسويغ الاضطهاد الطائفي ومنح غطاء أمني لما يُعدّ في الواقع هجمات منظّمة على المدنيين.

تشكل هذه الأفعال انتهاكاً جسيماً للقانون الدولي الإنساني و ترقى إلى جرائم ضد الإنسانية نظراً لطابعها المنهجي واستهدافها فئة دينية محدّدة.

Documentation 🔴 Arbitrary Arrests and Systematic Persecution Based on Religious and Political Affiliation

The General Security forces of the de facto authority, led by Ahmad al-Shara (Abu Muhammad al-Jolani) carried out a widespread campaign of arbitrary arrests, targeting unarmed civilians.

These arrests were accompanied by acts of abuse and deliberate physical and psychological ill-treatment of detainees. ‘General Security’ vehicles were observed playing loud music during the arrests, in a performative display intended to intimidate and terrorize the local population. Several of these acts of abuse were documented by the perpetrators themselves.

Video recordings further show certain elements celebrating in front of the camera while carrying out the arrests. Such behavior constitutes clear evidence of premeditation, intent, and systematic psychological abuse, and forms part of an organized pattern of humiliation and intimidation against civilians.

In an attempt to justify these violations, the de facto authority claimed it had arrested an “armed group of regime remnants” — a fabricated narrative that mirrors earlier propaganda used to rationalize sectarian persecution and lend a veneer of legitimacy to what are, in fact, systematic attacks on civilians.

These acts constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law and amount to crimes against humanity, given their systematic nature and the deliberate targeting of a specific religious group.

تسببت سلسلة القصف العشوائي التي نفذتها وزارة الدفاع التابعة لسلطة الأمر الواقع الإرهابية في إصابة العديد من المدنيين من مختلف الأعمار، وسط تزايد المخاوف على حياتهم وسلامتهم. وقد أسفر هذا القصف عن أضرار جسيمة في المنازل والممتلكات العامة والخاصة، كما أدى إلى حالة من الرعب والهلع بين السكان الذين أصبحوا ضحايا مباشرة، كما هو واضح في الصور.
