I have been receiving reports about MT5 connection problems when sending orders, as you can see its not something that only affects my versions, but also affects even the most recent version, its worth clarifying that it also affects some brokers/prop, but my recommendation is to be very careful or pay attention to the operations, since from one moment to the next the server to which you are connected can present these errors and generate order problems, strategies crashes, gap errors, etc.
I'm not sure if it will also impact MT4 connections, I tried to check what could be causing it, but its an issue regarding the last update, and they(MTQ) keep making new changes, what I noticed is that it also depends on the accounts, some they present these errors and others do not, Im sorry that these problems occur that I cannot control🙏, the only thing left is to wait for a new update, obviously the patch that I distributed will facilitate this in due course.

Take into account that I speak in general, it could affect W.P.7 or D.4.A.S, its not a software problem, but rather the MT connection, which we are still waiting for something more stable

How to install?
1) Download both files and close the software you use(w.p.7 // D.AA.S)
2) Without modifying the name, put it in your software folder and replace the files (they must not have another name to be able to do this)
3) Run the software again and that's all!

Now here are some errors and their possible explanations, after analyzing it for days

• MT4/5 | Server Timeout 30000ms: This error that occurs when the software tries to send orders, I could see that there are 2 cases, the first is in which stopping trying for a few hours, it is automatically reestablished, the second case is due to an IP ban , which will possibly associate all accounts with that IP, perhaps because it is very toxic in operations, it is not entirely clear, the responsibility lies in the method used

• CTraderFix | Server Timeout: due to my own experience, this happens when the operation before the server is rejected, what do I mean? It could be the type of order sent and its characteristics, make sure the number of fix lots that are equivalent to your account, for example in some cases when I sent 10 lots, the orders did not appear on the server and it caused an error, because 10 fix lots were equivalent to 0.001 real lots, which is impossible since the minimums are 0.01 lots, so it had to be modified to 100 fix lots and it worked optimally (0.01 real), this will depend on how the server you work on handles it

• CTraderFix Login Error: This point is important, the CtraderFix connectors, whether D.AA.S or W.P.7 (latest version) work as they should, the important thing here is to correctly add the fix credentials, the problem I noticed is that When entering the Ctrader terminal and looking for the Fix credentials, some provide us with an incorrect one, specifically the SenderCompID, since this depends on the broker or prop in which we are working, they must obtain the correct SenderCompID for it to work, unfortunately this depends on each server you work on, I suppose their support should help them with that

Hey everyone, I'm sorry for the lack of activity, but I have some important news for you.

1) For the problem of connecting to Ctrader accounts of some propfirms in which they have problems with the credentials, you must download the terminal from the propfirm and not the common ctrader terminal, since the latter generates the credentials incorrectly.

2) I have noticed that people are sharing or even selling certain versions of W.P.7 which, after analyzing them, include functions to steal data only that they modified and changed the wp servers for their own (you can check this with programs like TCPView to analyze the connections), apart from this they use a WRONG system of strategy, which will ALWAYS make your set/config not profitable, but why? What happens is that even if you modify or add your usual set, the bad "cr4.ck" method makes your set useless, does not work, how to prove it?
create 2 one leg tabs(or the strategy that u like), use the same accounts (demo for security) in these tabs, and in both cases use 2 different sets or configurations, then you will notice that it will open or close operations in the same way and at the same time, that is because it does not read the different configuration that you add and they only send your information to their servers.

3) I'm working on a higher and stable version, which Im making a modification that will benefit certain propfirms that no longer use MT =) I will give more details later.

4) I'm predicting that wp is going to use a feature where w.p.7 wants to compulsorily process their accounts, what does this mean? apart from stealing data with their functions hidden in their software and even if this is deactivated, they want to force you to send the data voluntarily (hiddenly), and if it is deactivated, you will not be able to use the software, that is, they want to have your data and all that access, one way or the other.
