After that we will cover social security, and the remaining important acts like ESI Act, EPFO Act, etc will be covered with Social Security. It will take a few classes but it will not be as long as the IR and LL.
So, to summarise - 3 lectures (or 5) of IR. Maximum 10 lectures of Social Security.

Someone asked this intriguing yet important question in YouTube comments. It is very important to know whether the source you are studying from is authentic (and accurate) or not.
So as I replied there - I use bare acts to make the notes. I read Supreme Court judgements and other news articles to summarise important points. And then I use ChatGPT or any other AI tool for fact-checking and corrections. Then I arrive at the final lecture PDF which you see here on the channel.

You may ask - Isn't it too much?
Well, this is what happens when you don't check your facts. Someone had shared this screenshot with me and asked why I taught this wrong because this teacher has taught ₹1600 as wage limit for supervisors.
Now, any sane person can logically tell that this limit is old and maybe the teacher forgot to change. But then I watched the video and realised that he deliberately said the amount with his own mouth. Twice. That means even he isn't aware of the updated amount and he is teaching wrong info to thousands of students.
And the worse thing is - no one in the comment section had corrected him, because how could they know if they blindly just learned what he taught.

Their channel has 20 Million subscribers. Maybe one of the biggest education channel in the world. And yet, no accountability.
This is not a targeted post towards any channel. But this is just to show that with great power, comes great responsibility and sometimes even greater irresponsibility. If UPSC asks this figure in the exam, hundreds maybe thousand students would mark this wrong because of this.
Now, I do not claim to be error-free. There could be some mistakes in my content as well. And I would highly appreciate if someone points it out. But this is just to show that you cannot blindly trust someone just because they have millions of followers.
Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

The next act that we will cover is this - The Industrial Relations Code, 2020. It is one of the new labour codes. And relatively easier one if you have finished the old ones. The video will be uploaded tomorrow. By that time, I request you to revise the old acts related to Industrial relations. And take a look at this bare act if you get the chance.
