Если террористы, устроившие бойню в Крокусе, это «мясо за 250 тысяч рублей.» То вся ваша система безопасности это говно, бессильное даже перед «мясом за 250к рублей». Верх компетенции которой это кошмарить мирное население вместо террористов.
