I’ve just come back from vacation and have already added some updates to the game

First, I want to mention your valuable feedback. Thanks to you, some critical bugs that allowed result spoofing were fixed 🔧

I’ve also started major UI improvements, and soon it will look even better ☀️

Some people said they’d like paid features such as hints or extra lives — you can now find them under the magic-wand 🪄button.

Most of the ideas and issues I heard over the last few days have already been implemented in the game.

What do you think I should add next?

Many things have been done this days 😃

1. Major UI update. Now the game has a more authentic and consistent design - check it out!
2. New features. Most asked of them is “Press and hold” 👇to flag the cell - is already in the game.
3. Fairness. We calculate 3BV (the minimum required amount of moves) for each game and exclude very lucky boards. Also, some vulnerabilities have been fixed. 🔧
4. Metrics. From now on you will see some performance information after you win the game. In the future, it will be improved and used for competitive play. 🤔

I’m currently working on the help menu, which will show you information about how to play the game, basic patterns and metrics meanings (e.g. 3BV) and so on 😊

Few more updates 🔫

1. More satisfying game experience - now the first move most likely will open a large area, rather than a single tile. The press and hold duration was slightly reduced to make your game even faster.

2. Help menu - currently under the questionmark button, you can find some very basic rules of the game, explaining how to make the moves. Soon I will make it interactive and add patterns for advanced players. 😎

3. New leaderboard criteria - 3BV/sec that measures efficiency - it's the number of minimum moves to solve the board divided by elapsed time. Higher is better!

Now you can find your game stats in the corresponding tab! It should help you to track your progress, achievements, and in the future, it will be extended with additional metrics. ✏️

Also, in your profile, you can deposit stars on your balance and use them for hints without losing valuable time in the game process.

From other updates, I have slightly improved the UI in all pages and added a restart button to the game.

Features update! 🎮

1. Game XP 💪 - starting today, every game you complete will earn experience points for our upcoming competitive mechanics
2. Chord mode - boosted efficiency and accelerated gameplay
3. Changes to the leaderboard - tapping a player in the list now opens their game profile. Refreshed, cleaner design.

Chord mode explained 🐺:

1. Mark a mine: tap the flag icon on any hidden square 🚩
2. Chord it: tap a revealed number next to your flags 👇.
3. Boom 💥: if the flags around it ≥ the number shown, all other hidden squares (except flagged ones) will open in one move.

I noticed that solving even a "beginner" board can be quite challenging, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the game. So, I thought I’d share something enjoyable with you 😊

Now you will start with a game balance of 25 stars 💰 that you can spend on revive or move hints.

I’ve also enabled the onboarding with additional tips on gameplay.

Major update is already here:

- Tournaments 🤴: I’ve finally completed the main part of the work on the tournament mechanics. A test challenge has been launched, and the winners will receive in-game currency. Don’t forget to register to participate!

- Referrals 👥: I’ve also introduced a system to track invited friends in the game. In the future, you may receive rewards for new players invited.

When I will be confident that the system is working and distributing prizes consistently - the prizes will be even more exciting 🎁 tournament creators will also have something interesting to look forward to 😊

I’ve launched the first Efficiency Tournament - a challenge where your goal isn’t just to finish the board, but to solve it as quickly as you can.

In simple terms, it's a speed competition, but with a system to ensure fairness between players with easier and harder boards. This is achieved by calculating the minimum number of moves required to solve each board (3BV score).

It’s all about precision, speed, and smart moves 🤔

I know that the leaderboard of the competition participants is not working correctly and I will fix it in the next few hours
