Ukrainian-Russian war. Day 750:
Fighting on the northern front continued today. Russian militia supported by the Ukrainian army are building up in Kharkov and Sumy oblasts with the aim of launching a new attempt to advance on Russian soil (another axis was opened today in the Grayvoron region). Russian artillery has significantly increased its activity along the border in an attempt to significantly damage these reinforcements. It is possible that the Russian militias may finally succeed in forcing the Russian army to divert reinforcements to these regions, especially just hours before the start of the Russian elections.
The next few hours will be crucial for the "free Russian army". Should they be able to establish a bridgehead on Russian soil, it will be a great propaganda victory for them and will force the Russian army to divert its attention to these areas to the detriment of other fronts. However, their defeat will significantly boost the reputation of the Russian government and support for President Putin in Russia.

Situation on northern front: After several days of cross-border fighting the "Free Russian Army" was able to enter new areas of Russian territory. First of all, the militants occupied a small section of the town of Kozinka located 200 meters from the border. Meanwhile, another group of Russian militia supported by the Ukrainian Army managed to enter the center of Gor'kovskii temporarily, and then returned to the southern outskirts of the town, which is currently contested.

On the other hand, in the last two days the Ukrainian government has announced the evacuation of 55 settlements in Kharkov oblast located near the border (area with dashed yellow borders), which together with the evacuations decreed in August last year exceeds one hundred localities. Little by little, the region is being depopulated due to the increase of military activities. Although it is still too early to speak of a Russian operation in Kharkov, it is certain that the Ukrainian command is aware of the danger posed by the build-up of Russian troops on the other side of the border while on the eastern flank its positions are gradually weakening as logistics worsen. For this reason the Ukrainian defenses will be reinforced with new lines of defense and troops in this increasingly militarized zone.

Situation north of Avdivka: During the last 48 hours Ukrainian Army increased the attacks along the railway and south of Novokalynove and managed to recapture some positions in this axis.
There is still a part of Orlivka in a gray zone, the proximity to the Durna river prevents Russian Army from completely securing the locality. Meanwhile, fighting in Tonenke continues in the northern part of the village, where Ukrainian troops are holding their positions.
