Breaking: Iran has accepted the proposal for a ceasefire and the resumption of negotiations. 🇮🇷
Iran's National Security Council: After Iran's victory and the achievement of its goals, and the enemy's failure, we announce our agreement to the truce and the continuation of negotiations.

Remember: this is a ceasefire, not the end of the war. There will still be attacks and breaches of the ceasefire, but on a smaller scale and with less intensity. Furthermore, Lebanon’s future remains uncertain.

One positive aspect of the ceasefire: relief from the economic crisis caused by the oil shortage in March. And what seems most evident today: the Strait of Hormuz will be under Iranian control in every respect.

The enemy suffered a humiliating defeat, – Iran’s Supreme National Security Council 🇮🇷

▪️At the start of this unjust war, the enemy believed it could quickly achieve total military superiority over Iran, create political and social instability, and force Iran to surrender.
▪️They assumed that Iran’s missile and drone capabilities would be swiftly neutralised and did not believe that Tehran could respond with such force beyond its borders and across the region.
▪️They were certain that this war would destroy Iran and enable them to eliminate the last bastion of humanity, allowing them to continue their unchecked actions.
▪️They planned to divide Iran, plunder its oil and wealth, and leave its people in a state of prolonged instability and insecurity.
▪️Despite their deep sorrow at the martyrdom of their leader, the Iranian fighters and their allies placed their trust in God and the inspiration of the martyred leader to teach their enemies a historic lesson, avenge the crimes of the past, and ensure that the enemy renounces forever any thoughts of aggression against Iran.

Iran claims that the United States has accepted its 10-point proposal, which includes: 🇺🇸🇮🇷

- No future acts of aggression
- Iran retains control of the Strait of Hormuz
- Acceptance of uranium enrichment
- Lifting of all sanctions
- Withdrawal of US forces from the region
- Payment of compensation to Iran
- End of the war on all fronts

In reality, these have not been accepted, but have been deemed suitable for a negotiation initiative. We will have to wait until 10 April to find out more details.
If this were indeed true, it would, of course, be a very significant victory for Iran.

Israel has backtracked and has not included Lebanon in the ceasefire. 🇮🇱🇱🇧
Following Israel’s strategic defeat in its quest to eliminate the current Iranian political regime, Tel Aviv will now focus on eliminating Hezbollah in Lebanon. Netanyahu announced that Lebanon is not included in the ceasefire despite the US, Iran and Pakistan (which has taken an important role in the negotiations for a ceasefire) announces. To this end, operations south of the Litani River are likely to intensify in what could be a long war if external pressure does not force the Zionist political regime to desist.
This operation could leave Lebanon partially occupied and destroyed, as has happened in Gaza, under the pretext of fighting armed groups. Eliminating Hezbollah would represent Israel’s ultimate success in ‘neutralising’ all its neighbours, securing lasting peace in the Levant and, for Iran, a loss of influence behind Israeli lines (having Hezbollah is like having a land front against Israel).

It is also important to note that prolonging the war in Lebanon will lead to a resumption of attacks from Iran. Israel is seeking to drag the U.S. back into the war, making it clear that Tel Aviv’s agenda is very different from Washington’s.
Trump got himself into a huge mess by entering this war; he’s trying to get out of it with as much dignity as he can muster, but Netanyahu isn’t making it easy for him. And this is damaging to his image and to the Republican Party’s poll numbers and election results.
