Saint's triad :
G.B stones, hiatus hernia, diverticulosis coli

olive green; Obstructive Jaundice 
Peu d orange skin;  Breast cancer
Lemon yellow; Jaundice.
Strawberry  tongue; Scarlet Fever
Moon face; with cortisone therapy.
Buffalo humb; cushing syndrome .
Spider nevi; liver cell failure
Monkey facies ; in marasmus child
Butter fly rash; SLE
Watermelon sign;  in hydrocephalus

Obstructive Jaundice :
Sudden
Intermittent
painful

Jaundice duo to tumor
Gradual
Progrosive
Painless
loss of wight
loss of appitite
