* Any abcess wait till become fluctuated except in the following sites: 2B 4ps
1/Breast to avoid destruction of lactiferous duct
2/Brain to curoid destruction of important0areas and Centers
3/parotid gland to avoid facial nerve injury
4/palm = to avoid injury of palmer nerves and Vesseles
5/perianal  to avoid formation of and fistula
6 /perinephric → to avoid destruction of Kidney.
*In these sites the abcess should be drained. immediately under general anesthesie and not wait for flactution because it's lake sign

Signs of appendicitis:
1/Rovsing’s sign
RLQ pain with palpation of
LLQ
2/Psoas sign
RLQ pain on passive 
extension of the right hip or 
active flexion of the right hip in
Retrocecal appendix
3/ Obturator sign
RLQ pain on internal rotation of the hip, typical of a pelvic appendix
4/ McBurney’s sign
Tenderness to palpation at McBurney’s point

Congestion of face due to obstruction great veins &trachea at thoracic inlet by retrosternal goiter when pt rise up his arms.
