What to Test:

- 新增配置文件行命令 #!REQUIREMENT，用法请详见频道说明
- 新增配置功能自动升级机制，可自动将配置中的 url-test/load-balance，自动升级为 smart 组。
- 对于一般配置，改动会直接写入配置中
- 对于托管配置和企业配置，会在加载配置时自动应用（企业配置不会进行询问，将自动完成升级）
如果不希望托管配置或企业配置被自动升级所修改，可增加配置描述

（未来会增加更多自动升级的关键字）
- 修正通过 HTTP-API 执行脚本时，若果错误的传入 null 会导致崩溃的问题
