- 修正 Header Rewrite 规则无法根据 Host 字段进行 URL 匹配的问题
- 在发现当前网络由 Surge Mac Gateway 所接管时，现在将自动暂停 Surge iOS。（可通过 auto-suspend 选项调整行为，默认开启）
- 现在在日志界面执行日志上传时，将自动为当前运行的引擎生成最近的 verbose 日志（新版本在内存缓存了 256KB 的日志），这样在汇报问题时，直接执行上传即可，无需再使用 verbose 模式复现。
- 对于策略组与脚本类型的外部资源，现在限制最大大小为 2MB，避免当错误配置时，导致的内存超限。
- 限制了脚本在 debug 模式下，可以往请求 notes 中写入的日志的长度
- 细节问题修正
