$notification.post(title, subtitle, body, options)
可用参数

- `action`：点击通知打开 Surge 后的操作
- open-url: 打开一个 URL，具体的 URL 通过 url 参数给出
- clipboard: 复制一段内容到剪贴板（会经过用户确认），内容通过 text 参数给出
- `media-url`：为通知提供一个媒体内容，如图片。内容为完整的 URL。
- media-base64`：功能同上，但是内容直接由 base64 提供。需要同时提供 `media-base64-mime 参数给出内容的 MIME 类型。
- `auto-dismiss`：在一段指定时间后自动消除该通知，单位为秒，默认为 0，即持续存在。
- `sound`：弹出通知时使用默认推送消息提示音

- 在发现当前网络由 Surge Mac Gateway 所接管时，现在将自动暂停 Surge iOS。（可通过 auto-suspend 选项调整行为，默认开启）
- 现在在日志界面执行日志上传时，将自动为当前运行的引擎生成最近的 verbose 日志（新版本在内存缓存了 256KB 的日志），这样在汇报问题时，直接执行上传即可，无需再使用 verbose 模式复现。
- 对于策略组与脚本类型的外部资源，现在限制最大大小为 2MB，避免当错误配置时，导致的内存超限。
- 限制了脚本在 debug 模式下，可以往请求 notes 中写入的日志的长度
