- Smart 组 UI 显示自定义权重，以确认权重设置是否正确。（没有特殊需求的情况下，不应该配置权重，过多的配置权重以及权重偏离正常值太多，会导致 Smart 组的体验下降）
- $httpClient 在 H2 模式下不再允许配置 host 字段，将自动忽略
- $httpClient 传入的 headers 字段中，将自动转换 Number 类型而非忽略
- 修正 Smart 组使用策略覆盖后的一些问题
