What to Test:
- 重写了虚拟 IP 数据库，现在数据库可以根据最后使用时间自动清理数据

- 在 V6 VIF 开启时 hide-vpn-icon 参数也可以生效了（但是依然不推荐开启）
- 将 HTTP/2 下非标准的一些 header 处理由终止连接调整为错误输出，以兼容一些错误实现的 HTTP/2 服务器
- 修正几处低概率的崩溃
