What to Test:
- 重写了虚拟 IP 数据库，现在数据库可以根据最后使用时间自动清理数据

- 修复了在使用 WireGuard 作为 Snell v4 的代理链时可能出现的一些问题
- 对于使用了不合法域名的 DNS 请求，将生成一个空结果响应，而不是直接忽略
- Surge Ponte 连接时不再校验对端地址，以保证在某些特殊场景下也能正常工作

What to Test:
- 在 V6 VIF 开启时 hide-vpn-icon 参数也可以生效了（但是依然不推荐开启）
- 将 HTTP/2 下非标准的一些 header 处理由终止连接调整为错误输出，以兼容一些错误实现的 HTTP/2 服务器
- 修正几处低概率的崩溃
