The second question of Fatwa no. 19282
Q 2: We have a mosque (in our neighborhood) but without an Imam (the one who leads congregational Prayer) or reciter of the Qur'an. Is it permissible to listen to the Qur'an and the Khutbah (sermon) from the radio and offer the (Jumuโah) Prayer after that?
A 2: Among the conditions of the validity of the Jumuโah (Friday) Prayer is to be preceded by two Khutbahs. They should be delivered orally and it is insufficient to listen to them from a cassette player. As for the reciter, the Imam is enough if he recites the Qur'an properly in the Prayer.
May Allah grant us success, May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.

โ-The person who doesn't have good character is going to live a miserable life. Because knowing the fruits of a thing, and the benefits of a thing, and the beautiful outcomes of a thing, is from the greatest of causes to push you to doing those things, and working for those things, and developing those things.
-No matter how difficult things get, and no matter how severe a situation may be, when he contemplates over the benefits of having good character and how this will cause the outcome to be most positive, and then when he sees that the situation is trying to push him off of his square, when he sees that the bitterness of the situation is trying to push him to having the opposite of good character then he finds that it is easy for him to stay on his square, to stay composed to solve the problem.
And he finds that he seeks the reward of Allฤh in doing so...

No matter how many posting you share on Unity & claim to be united people will not accept your Da'wah unless you stop arguing with your Salafi brothers in the matters of ijtihad.
You must be forgiving, Forbearing, you must have love, respect good thoughts about your brothers and sisters if you really want to be united.
& you must correct your brothers & and sisters directly in private if their mistakes are private. Not by posting long winded speech on the social media to get likes and shares.
Don't make this pure Da'wah to look ugly with your negative attitude towards your Salafi brothers & sisters.
Many people want to be associated with the community but they are afraid to get connected by seeing fightings in the name of the religion.

-An intelligent person thinks about how to outsmart, how to try to defuse the situation.
- If he knows he's going to get into confrontation with another individual and that somebody might pick a fight with him or argue with him, so on and so forth, that he trains himself mentally.
-And he knows that there is nobody on the face of the earth who is free of opponents (enemies). You could be the Nicest guy on the face of the earth, somebody is going to hate you for it.
-Ibn al-Hibban said in Rawdat al-'Uqala that the scholars said in the past that: The person who thinks that he's going to be safe from having enemies is Majnoon.
-He said: If you live on the top of a mountain where nobody else was around you, somebody on the face of the earth will find you and make himself your enemy.
-Somebody you're going to come into contact with is not going to like you just because there's something about you they're going to hate. And so a person has to prepare himself mentally to deal with foolish people.
-And it's the way of the scholars in the past that you don't antagonize an idiot. You don't feed him to stupidity, you don't fuel the fire.

Indeed, among people are those who are keys to goodness and locks to evil, and among people are those who are keys to evil and locks to goodness. So, glad tidings for the one whom Allah has made the keys to goodness at his hands, and woe to the one whom Allah has made the keys to evil at his hands.โ
Al-Saโdฤซ (ุฑุญู ู ุงููู) said (al Fawฤkih al-Shahiyah):
By what the Chosen One (the Prophet) mentioned, men are measured, and through it, the people of deficiency are distinguished from the people of wholeness. So be, may Allah have mercy on you, keys to goodness and locks to evil and calamities.
Whoever among you is sincere to Allah, bears goodwill and advises the servants of Allah, and strives for good to the best of his ability โ he is a key to goodness and has attained happiness. And whoever is the opposite of that is a lock to goodness and has indeed achieved misery.
There are people who, when you gather with them in their gatherings, strive to engage others in what benefits them in their religion and worldly matters. And among them are those who engage others in what harms and does not concern them, thus depriving them of good and bringing them misery.
Some strive to bring hearts closer, to foster a united word and harmony, while others strive to stir up discord, division, and conflict.

Some diversify in their acts of kindness through their bodies, words, and wealth, while others do not know kindness even in small amounts, so do not ask about the evil of their condition.

Some people's gatherings are filled with backbiting, tale-carrying, and personal attacks, while others distance themselves and their companions from such things.

โA Golden Advice for Whoever Possesses Intellect & Heartโ
By Shaykh Rabฤซสฟ ibn Hฤdฤซ al-Madkhalฤซ โ may Allah have mercy on him
He said:
My brothers, I counsel you to follow the way of the righteous predecessorsโin learning, in conduct, and in calling others to the truth. No harsh rigidity, no excessiveness. A call marked by forbearance, mercy, and lofty manners. By Allah, the Salafฤซ call spreads through such qualities.
But today it is being eaten away, and those who merely claim affiliationโwrongfully so, I do not mean the true Salafฤซsโhave caused it to crumble before peopleโs eyes. They have disfigured the Salafฤซ daสฟwah through this behavior.
I advise the youth to fear Allah, to seek beneficial knowledge, to perform righteous deeds, and to call others with knowledge and wisdom.
My brothers, the internet has become a disgrace. People now mock those who call themselves Salafฤซs; they laugh at them and cheer in delightโmay Allah bless you.
Whoever among you has learned and grasped tafsฤซr should present to people writings in tafsฤซr: verses dealing with rulings, verses dealing with moral character, verses dealing with matters of belief. Publish what brings benefit; that is true daสฟwah.
Whoever is grounded in แธฅadฤซthโmay Allah bless youโshould offer writings explaining the meanings of แธฅadฤซths and what they contain of rulings, lawful and unlawful matters, morals, and the like.
Fill the world with knowledge.
People are in desperate need of this knowledge.
Quarrels and skirmishes only distort the Salafฤซ methodology and turn people away from it.
Abandon these disputesโwhether on the internet or anywhere else, in any land. Present beneficial knowledge to the people. Do not enter disputes with others or among yourselves.
You have read in this book that the early generations disliked debates. Do not debate except when necessity requires it, and only a learned personโone capable of defeating the people of innovationโshould do so.
Do not engage in personal conflicts among yourselves. If something goes wrong, refer it back to the scholars. Do not plunge into confusions and battles, for this has ruined the Salafฤซ daสฟwah and harmed it with immense harms the likes of which history has not seen.
And the criminal tools of this satanic internet have fueled these problems. Everyone who feels a passing irritation puts his grievance on the internet. Leave such things. Speak with knowledge that brings honor to you and to your daสฟwah.
Whoever does not possess knowledge must not write for peopleโneither on the internet nor elsewhereโmay Allah bless you. Avoid grudges and resentment, for by Allah you will kill this daสฟwah. And I hope none of you have taken part in this calamity.
I ask Allah to keep us and you firm upon the Sunnah.
Listen, my brothers:
Whoever possesses knowledge and has mastered it should write on the internet what benefits people in tafsฤซrโwhile being confidentโintroducing matters of creed, character, rulings, and so onโmay Allah bless you.
Tafsฤซr itself is an oceanโby Allah, an ocean. You have an ocean. All the แธฅadฤซths are before you, so explain them, relying upon the explanations of the scholars with careful, precise clarification. Present them to people in matters of belief, worship, and characterโin a wise, calm manner that benefits them.
By Allah, you will see how the daสฟwah grows, develops, and brings light to the world. But now Salafiyyah has been darkenedโmay Allah bless youโby these methods.
I advise you to leave argumentation and dispute on the internet, and in public spaces as well. I advise you sincerelyโmay Allah bless you.
Whoever has knowledge must speak with knowledge, write with knowledge, and call with knowledgeโwith proof and evidence.
Avoid disagreements and the causes of division; do not stir them among yourselves. If someone errs, present the matter to the scholars, and they will address itโmay Allah bless you, guide your steps, and unite your hearts. May Allah bless you.โ
