使用 Server Push 以后 DOMContentLoaded 用时明显上升，然后又换回了 Resource Hint + CDN，结果 DOMContentLoaded 用时继续上升。。。

🛵 jsDelivr 更换负载均衡 FlexBalancer
jsDelivr 宣布将原有负载均衡迁移到自家 PerfOps 旗下的新一代负载均衡平台 FlexBalancer。
值得一提的是 FlexBalancers 基础架构基于 CloudFlare 构建，能够为所有免费用户提供每个月 1 亿次的查询。同时平台已经提供了容易上手的 SmartUI 可以基于区域配置 GeoDNS，未来还将支持使用 JavaScript 代码进行更复杂的自定义分流。
