Summary of the job:
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment & selection, preparing payroll, administering leaves; administering employee end of services benefits.
Key responsibilities & duties:
1- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
2- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
3- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
4- Assist in the recruitment process.
5- Ensure accurate HR records on all employees including full, time, part time and volunteers.
6- To provide HR reports as required.
7- Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run.
8- Contractual benefits and staff benefits.
9- Ensure resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner, the Line Manager is aware of the process and any outstanding annual leave is calculated in accordance with the employee’s.
10- Ensure exit interviews are conducted for all staff.
11- Respond to reference requests for current or ex members of staff in line with the Department Service Level Agreement.
12- Ensure electronic and paper based personnel files are maintained and filing is completed in a timely manner.
13- Maintain an up to date Procedures Manual for all HR Administration duties.
14- Liaise with the Administrators to ensure consistent HR systems are maintained.
Required Education:
Business Administration or related fields.
Work experience and skills:
Relevant experience not less than 2 years in such locations outside Khartoum.

تعلن أمانة الشؤون العلمية جامعة المناقل للعلوم والتكنولوجيا عن حاجتها لشغل وظائف أعضاء هيئة تدريس بكلياتها المختلفة المبينة أدناه حسب

التخصصات المطلوبة:

1/ كليات - الطب والعلوم الصحية - المختبرات والتمريض (الموقع مدينة المناقل).
2/ كليات الهندسة قسمي الميكانيكا والكهرباء، العلوم الإدارية أقسام المحاسبة والتمويل وإدارة لأعمال (الموقع مدينة 24 القرشي).

الوظائف المطلوبة: أستاذ مشارك - أستاذ مساعد - محاضر - مساعد تدريس.

شروط التقديم:-

1/ أن يكون المتقدم لوظيفة الأستاذ المشارك والأستاذ المساعد حاصلاً على درجة الدكتوراه والمحاضر حاصلا على درجة الماجستير في التخصصات المطلوبة من جامعة معترف بها (على أن لا يقل تقدير درجة البكالوريوس شرف لكل المتقدمين عن جيد جداً).
2/ أن يكون المتقدم لوظيفة مساعد تدريس حاصلاً على البكالوريوس شرف بدرجة جيد جداً على أقل تقدرير.
3/ أن تكون شهادة تفاصيل للبكالوريوس خالية من الرسوب في أي مقرر لكل الفصول الدراسية.
4/ إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مخاطبة وكتابة.

المستندات المطلوبة:

1/ السيرة الذاتية (C.V).
2/ صورة شخصية حديثة (أربعة صور حجم الباسبورت).
3/ نسخة من الشهادات الدراسية (شهادة البكالوريوس والتفاصيل) موثقة ومعتمدة من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.
4/ شهادات الخبرة موثقة ومعتمدة من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.
5/ خلو طرف من الخدمة الوطنية.

تسلم الطلبات بالمقر الرئيس للجامعة بمدينة المناقل غرب مسجد الشيخ احمد محمد دفع الله (مستوصف الجيلي سابقاً).
