Regarding the following matter: the misuse of the GAC Complaints Cooperation Committee portal by the defendant, Piyush Narwal, through the submission of several false, frivolous, and repeated complaints without any valid reason.

The court has reviewed the record and found that the defendant has been abusing the advanced technology of the 2021 Information Technology, maliciously submitting complaints in bad faith, thereby imposing unnecessary requirements on legitimate users.

This conduct is deemed to be misuse of the GAC West portal, and action must be taken in accordance with the relevant legal rules.

Accordingly, the following is ordered:

1. Piyush Narwal is required to appear in person before this court on July 25, 2026, to provide a statement regarding his use of the GAC portal.

2. He is required to produce all relevant documents related to the collaboration, including any false or duplicate entries.

3. If the researcher fails to appear without a valid excuse, proceedings will commence in absentia.

4. A copy of this order shall be served on the court for enforcement.

Furthermore, the personal account(s) of the defendant, Piyush Narwal, are ordered to be frozen with immediate effect upon further order from this judge.
