The table compares how much percent of women are in labor force and managerial positions in five different countries. Overall, female employees mainly worked as a labour force, only exception of Australia where two ratio was almost the same, with higher rates of women in managerial positions. Women as an ordinary employee was especially common in Japan, while significantly more women occupied managerial positions in Australia and the USA.

As for the women in labour force, 48% Japanese women in those positions and it was followed by the USA showing 46% according to this category. While the same 42% of Australian and Sri Lankan women worked in Labor Force, it was the lowest in Egypt with 20%.
In managerial positions, however, Australia and the USA showed the dominance as 43% managers there were women. In other countries women rarely manages organizations as it was only 17 in Japan and 12 in Egypt. The highest difference between women in labor force and management was significant in Sri Lanka as only 9% women worked as managers there.

It is neither possible nor useful for a country to provide university places for a high proportion of young people. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
For school graduates university education has always been a dream educational institution to pursue their studies and gain valuable knowledge needed in their further career path. For this reason some people believe universities should increase admission quota to cover as many students as they can. However, I completely disagree with this idea as it has adverse affects on pre-tertiary education, undergraduate years, and post-graduate life of students.
Initially, increasing university admission volume pose risk on academic performance of school pupils. University entrance exams usually require deep understanding of knowledge in specific subjects together with certain practical skills in some cases, meaning in order to be accepted pupils should compete with other school graduates. To be top-tier in those exams, school pupils constantly try not to miss any important information on their textbooks which increased their academic skills thereby. Unless there is a limit in university admissions, students could have no willing but willingness to study at school. This reluctance gradually erodes the reputation of school and job satisfaction of school staff consequently. This all means unlimited admission slots drastically alters school education atmosphere negatively.
Undergraduate-wise problems occurring thereafter increased university admission slots are also too significant to overlook. Whenever they accept students more than their capacity, it could strain quality of knowledge there. The reason is that, in this scenario university professors need to conduct more lessons than they physically could, additionally universities become in-need of more classrooms and teaching equipment for the sake of quality lesson. Hiring more teaching staff and renting more venues could be an alternative solution for universities, yet it requires substantial investments which is mostly out of their budget.
The last but not the least, proposed educational implementation further influence on the economy of a country. Cadres studied in above-mentioned educational atmosphere are highly unlikely to know their speciality comprehensively, meaning they are out of knowledge to run a company, to conduct a medical research or simply calculate government budget. This inability erodes government economy, consequently leading to national economic crisis in a worse case scenario. Another significant risk could be increased unemployment rate as not all governments can provide this much employment opportunities for increased number of university graduates.
In conclusion, increasing university admission slots has detrimental impact on fundamental educational systems and workforce which then may lead to economic collapse of the state. Therefore, it is better to remain in this admission method unless there is other more beneficial alternative.
